They signed him for £12 million and he has proven to be half decent and settled well. I wouldn't expect anything less than £17 million really.

I imagine they've had a couple of targets in mind to replace Bony regardless. I'd be shocked if they didn't sign a striker today, even if they keep Gomis.

If they get around £10 million for him that'll be £38 million incomings with only about £7 million spent so far. £31 million is more than enough for 2 decent strikers.
