Here's my thinking... We all see how Torres plays on a regular basis. Its AWFUL. Just Awful ! But on the odd occasion that he does turn it on... he gets a knock in the or the ref pisses him off etc. For example, in the Steaua game at the Bridge, he got his face kicked in and he looked a new man ! Here's why I don't think he'll be sold this summer; 1. We'll only have 2 strikers.. Like this past season.(Because ftankly, all of our potential buys are heavily linked elsewhere.. Falcao,Lewa, Cavani) 2. He's shit! 3. He's not getting any younger and at 29 past peak. Torres will stay .. Trust me

Your right they couldve chosen any other striker buut Bayern do this kind of thing... They did it with Pizarro from Bremen, Mandzukic from Wolfsburg and Gomez from Stuttgart. I guess that's a policy they've adapted.. And your right it makes the league shit but isn't it smart ? The player is already proven in the league... Not much adapting to do.. And it weakens the oppositions team. I think its a terrific policy but the league suffers from it.. A LOT!

Anybody else notice that Hazard has assisted ALOT of Lampard's goals this season ?? Even excluding the pens Hazard won that Lampard converted....Hazard assisted goal #200, goal #202, #203.... And yesterday, Hazard was giving the ball to Lmapard more than anybody else ! When asked about Lampard (scoring #200) he simply replied "Respect!" And then yesterday he tweeted "Thank you sir Lampard" He clearly looks up to Lampard and if he can go on and do even half of what Lampard has done for Chelsea, he'll go down in Chelsea folklore
