I understand what your saying but how is Juan gonna get fitness and sharpness when he's not even in the squad ?? He needs to be playing games like Basel (h), Fulham (h) etc. These teams are inferior and we dont need to focus too much on the defensive aspect of the team when we have the ball 60-70% of the time

Here's a thought Jose... Why not play them together ? Just like last season ! I understand that Mata doesnt fulfill the criteria that Jose wants but when we are playing against a team thats gonna sit back with 2 banks of 4 for most of the game... I dont see why we cant have the 3 amigos starting together ! This will benefit for Chelsea and Jose because 1. Mata needs fitness (and he's not gonna get that if he watching from the bench) 2. We can take so much from this loss. It shows that this young squad of ours are legit, and they can fight it out with the big boys ! I feel like the reason Jose went out and signed Willian is because he wants to develop Andre as a striker. I think Jose considers Andre as a striker because he's pretty direct; he can shoot, his very quick, and he's young so he can develop him into a world class striker !
