I don't understand why we don't just name Blackman as our number 2... Hilario was once a good 2nd choice keeper and now he is not and turnbull is very ... Get some experience with some occassional game time... Coutois will be the number one after cech, but it will be good if we can develop a good young second choice keeper. And imo he is as good as the other two.

One thing this is good for is Romeu as with essien loaned and Raul gone he should be definately be given more of an oppetunity. Not too bothered about him leaving, he wasn't gonna play many games as many people are ahead of him. Our squad does loose some depth though and the timing of the transfer is a bit weird as we have no time to consider the possibility of a cheap replacement. Shouldn't be a huge loss.. Nothing against the guy, he always worked for us and has been useful to the squad in his short time here.... Why does it say 393 people viewing it... Are people serious when they say its because fenerbache fans are on here or something... Would like to see: Cech Azpi Cahill Terry Cole Mikel Oscar Moses/Marin Mata Hazard Torres Ivan needs to sit out this one so we can see how our new boy performs... Oscar also deserves to start and shake up the midfield. I love lampard but think we should try something a bit different, in this game... Moses or Marin should be on the right wing... I think i would probably go with moses as he is a definate RW'er and should be able to terrorise the QPHA defence... If mata isn't fit enough or needs resting then i would play Oscar at CAM and put either ramires or lampard at CM. Should be extremely dtrong and enable us to keep contral of the ball and create a ot of chances for torres inparticular. No point signing all this young talent then keeping it on the bench. Sometimes you just have to throw them in the deep end and hope they swim...

If he comes in january and we can stay really close to the top of the league by then, the title race would be game on... We still would probably be vulnerable on the counter attack but with Hazard Mata and Co, and a striker like him we would score a shit load of goals....

I totallly agree with the last line... I disagree with the first bit... We lose in the premier league its on the backpage of newspapers first up on skysports news etc... We lost the super cup and it wasn't... Also the premier league games get far more european coverage than the premier league games. In terms of importance the premier legue games have always been more important. Perhaps the view for many in england is different for the rest of the world and i cannot speak for everyone in england and not for the rest of the world... But as you saif the most important thing is we try and win every game, be it the community shield or the champions league and we underperformed...

didn't even make the first 5 back pages of the newspaper i had this morning. our media didn't seem to bothered.

always look on the brightside, could be worse, we could have just watched bayern lose the super cup and we have lost or drawn our starting league games. hopefully tomorrow we can all have a bit of perspective on the matter, and just accept it was a really bad game. lets go see who are signing who

its not the champions league final, we have had the best start possible in the league. we have lost a game and got raped by arguably the best striker in the world. if you offered me 3 out of 3 premier league wins and losing the super cup i would have ripped your hand off. well done, they were better on the night...
