If falcao does go. Then that would probably be the spark that sets off/ improves Romans' desire to aquire the services of a big name striker. Be it cavani, lewy or whoever. But I can't see us going into next season with torres ba and lukaku as our striker options. That is If Romelu is not loaned.

No i knew it was 01:30 AM. Hence i would go out at 6pm when my exam finishes and get back home for 01:00 (early becuase i would have to leave at like half 11. ) to watch the game, friday night/saturday morning.

I'm not that worried about him staying if mourinho comes. Because Mourinho simply won't play him if he doesn't deserve to play. No more of the FT auora that he somehow is no.1 after this long. He played well today. But one week is a drop in the ocean. When he is doing it semi-consistently then its debateable. Basically he should be given the choice of moving, or facing the possibility of getting a lot of bench time. Simply put, I can't think of one thing that Torres is better at than Lukaku right now. Pace? No Strength? No Finishing? No Making runs? No Decision Making? No Heading? No Hold up play? No Link up play? No First Touch? No And that was one of the biggest issues people had with Lukaku last year. And if we buy another striker, and lukaku stays he won't get a look in. And if Lukaku does go back on loan, then whoever we bring in would be ahead of him in the pecking order, as well as demba probably.

If lots of the rumours are true then next season could be one of the most competitive, so we would be title challenging along with the manchester teams, for the top 3 places. Most of us did say the same thing last summer, but we were doing it in hope and excitement over our new young prospects. Now we have seen their ability in their first season, along with Mata's progression to the best AM in the league, things are starting to take shape. Mourinho looks likely. Our loan signings are doing well. A couple of signings and we are ready to go.

I think, next season will see us and the manchester teams make strides to create a bit of a gap between us and the rest. Followed by a 4 of Tottenham arsenal everton and liverpool fighting for the rest. Could be wrong, but we are the 3 teams who have the best squads and are most likely to expand. That would be my prediction anyway.

I think Jose is one of the few managers who could work well with Romelu, given our current situation and the possibilty of torres staying. If we had Rafa next season i could see Lukaku rotting on the bench for a lot, but jose will definitely not be afraid to bench torres and demba and play the youngster if he feels like it. If we bring another striker in, and torres and demba are still here then one more season on loan for lukaku would be the way to go. But if we don't bring a striker in or we do but get rid of FT, then i think he can do well here and get lots of game time. After all he wasn't always starting for west brom this season.

Job Done, and auto qualification. Roll on the summer and next season. Rafa, i have never really liked you and still question some of your decision making, but you have done the job and got a trophy, and you deserve some respect for that. So we can go our seperate ways, with both parties happy and looking forward to the future. Bring back JOSE.
