I didnt even want Kante to play holding DM, because like you said he isnt one. Saying Jorginho shouldnt be DM or Kante shouldnt be b2b doesnt equal wanting Kante as holding DM mate. What should be done is Kante Jorginho pivot. Sarri says he wont play double pivot because Jorginho isnt suited for that though, but at same time he plays Kante in role he feels isnt suited for either. Double standards. I dont mind the lack of results under Sarri tbh. It was always hard for us change style and it will take two seasons at least. But the way we lost, by such margin to City or Bournemouth. And the fact he doesnt use youth. He doesnt change anything. Anything. Thats what pisses me off.

Managers have always and will always adapt to the players they have. Sure you can buy few but you wont buy entire squad (except for City). We wont (shouldnt) ditch Kante and Hazard and 5 other players just to suit a manager with no plan B. You have Kante in your squad, you have Hazard in your squad. Adapt and make the best out of both.

Kante puts better shift forward than Kovacic, Jorginho and Barkley combined. He is nowhere near maestro when it comes to passing, creating or shooting on target, but compared to those three, he looks like socond coming of Zidane. I have never seen such passive performances by midfielders like those three. All they know is pass sideways and simple stuff. No one shoots on target, makes through balls, dribbles past the lines etc. Kante isnt great either, but still decent. Its disgrace that Sarri wants Kante to be something he is not and then blame him, meanwhile his boys Jorginho, Kovacic, Barkley get instructions to rotate the ball with side passing until game is done and get away when they are infact creative midfielders and especialy Kova and Barkley should break the lines with dribbles and then create chances, yet they dont. Man doesnt know what he is doing. He has his picture in head that his RM should be this, his LM should be that etc...and he doesnt have tactical ability to switch those roles. He will rather force entire squad to play positions they are not great at/used to instead of adopting to the players at disposal. And the excuses are getting pathetic. Fuck off if he thinks Kante isnt Xavi. He is DM and Sarri put him in new position, because he prefers Jorginho to be in holding spot. Everyone understands that. But if that doesnt work, its on Sarri, not Kante being techincaly limited. You dont put Messi in CB spot and then complain he is too short. Because at the end of the day, Kante is absolute quality player, its Sarri who is lacking.

Sure but he sounds as if Kante is one of key problems man. He is pointing that Kante is technicaly weak, but never says a thing about Alonso being absolute dogshit in defending. Surely apart from Alonso, this team can produce alot more. Even Willian, despite he is in decline. Someone who can tell the players why its worth it. But that wont happen under Marina. At least not sucessfully.

There is zero chance Marina is even capable of that. She is all business, I realy doubt she has any skill to actualy run a football club aside from financial department. Creating a vision, 3 year plan, hire people with football knowledge, select a proper manager, create a team by buying 3-4 players every summer etc. I honestly dont think she is capable of doing that. Its like putting car wheels on formula. Sure you will get formula to drive, but there wont be any results. She is business woman and knows how to run this club, but we wont get results. Kenyon had skill and he definately shaped Romans final decisions. Marina doesnt. And now with Roman not able to enter UK, there is no chance he will ditch her for someone he doesnt know.

Id still consider him. He is in a dip, but I like his style and he has tools to be good allround striker. There arent many other targets anyway.

Its easy to say now, but its getting clear as day how big mistake board did again by appointing Sarri. We have beast DM in Kante, but he cant play that role in Sarri system. We have beast RB in Azpi, but he cant play Sarri type fullback. We have world class Hazard but he isnt suited to play recieve and release Sarriball, because he likes to dribble too much. We bought Jorginho to be our holding mid, but we play in a league that makes that almost suicide. We played great in the beggining though, but opponents found us quickly and Sarri has no plan B, cant rotate, doesnt use youth, always does the same subs etc. All that said, Id love if we somehow managed to overturn it, keep Sarri and he transforms us into what he supposed to do, after all we need to give managers more time. But I just cant support manager that makes no changes after humiliating results and doesnt use youth despite shit after shit performances by senior players.

Hopefuly we can get someone like Jovic or Maxi Gomez
