If spurs get 40mio for modric, moutinho is probably going to spurs for 30. Fuck.
-
If someone a month ago said to me that Silva and Ibra will join Psg for 60+mio I would laugh only. Transfer market will be open for more than a month and anything can happen. We are/were so seriously conected to both, Oscar and Hulk, we were following Hulk for years now and there wouldnt be bit weird or surprising if we get him. If Psg can spend around 90mio+ (Lavezzi 30, Silva 40, Ibra 20), I dont see why Chelsea couldnt who already had money plus we won CL.

Sure he is very young indeed, as I said could be best in the world, but as far goes, he is more suited for Spain or Italy. While Oscar has all whar is needed to PL. Imediate impact and mentality among other. If we would be barca, I would cheer to get Lucas ahead of Oscar because of his immense dribbling talent, and spanish league and barca can offer such talent to become greatest. Lucas might get in PL eventualy, but before he should go to Italy, Spain,...where conditions and style suit him more. But I agree, he might be huge here too, just with Oscar, things are at least bit more clear how he plays against bigger teams.
-
Lucas, Neymar, Oscar will all probably shape brasil team for next years, but some of them suit PL more, some less.
-
Crouch played in PL not Brasil Serie A, I am sure he would score more goals for Santos or Sao Paulo than Liverpool or Stoke. Also, Lucas is great prospect I agree, has more potential than Oscar too, but he didnt put great performance against any better side actualy, club or international level. There were several superb talents from brasil who exceled in dribbling, but they failed hard in EU. Specialy PL. Ramires, Sandro, Luiz,...have different abilities, dribbling is not their strongest and if they suceeded, it doesnt mean Lucas will too. Specialy, Lucas would fit spain or italy better because there is more space to dribble. But Oscar on other hand was superb at U-20 World cup last year, also won few tournaments with club, Internacional won Copa libertadores two years ago with Oscar as more important player and last, he is playmaker of this young brasil team for some time now. If Lucas would realy do better, he would play instead of Oscar, but he is sub recently. There is no doubt that Lucas is better dribbler and makes those fancy moves, but Oscar has more atributes, from passing, fight for ball, vision, several positions; CM, CAM, supporting striker,...And he is more suited PL because he is much more calm on the ball, very inteligent and makes right decisions. He is also on right place, very mature for 20year old. Lucas on other hand, often tries too much and then looses ball, that is why Oscar now plays CAM in brasil, mostly because whole team plays better because of him. And those are main reasons I prefer Oscar over Lucas, not just because Oscar did better in NT than Lucas, but he did also better at club level and has more atributes than Lucas. Not that I 'dont want' Lucas, its just that there are several players you can get for lower price and did more at higher football levels; Oscar, Muniain,...but sure Lucas has best dribbling, yet that could also be his weakness in case he couldnt handle europe defenders. He has no other atributes then. Ronaldinho had passing, dribbling, shooting,...Lucas is currently only at dribbling, sure he is not yet finished product. But risk is still very high.

That is what I meant. He is good talent, but expensive and risky one. As long players play in brasil league, their only way to prove themselves how good they might be are international games against teams who have players from top leagues, like Argentina. If they play good on such matches, they surely are worth a risk. Some players might be outstanding at their club level, but didnt realy prove themselves in any bigger competiton (copa libertadores, U-20 WC,...). Lucas is so far such example and his style requires lot of space and he dribbles past defenders who are not exactly top level. And it could turn that Lucas might fade in eu, like Robinho. Sure he couldn turn to be best player in world eventualy, but so far he didnt proved to be worth 30mio plus. Oscar has much more important and visible role in NT, his atributes are Vision, Long passing,...the feeling how to pass is same in any league and he can keep that great passing in PL like he does in brasil. Lucas sure will have to improve in dribbling, he wasnt as great in NT games as in club. Also, Neymar who is considered to be best dribbler and player in brasil didnt showed anything realy fantastic against Barca. The biggest risk are players whos first best ability is dribbling. Oscar offers much more than that and he is worth a try. Lucas will have to show me some better performances AGAINST HARDER OPPONENT, doesnt matter club or international level. But without doubt he is one of best prospects, even ahead of Neymar maybe but I wouldnt pay 30mio for him from what I seen, that doesnt mean I wouldnt be excited if club actualy gets him. Its just that I would pick some other players ahead of Lucas, Oscar would be first choice definately.
-
I wouldnt want Schweini actualy. He is older player, we have some young players there who need to play and his price is very high. But most of all, this season, he showed how mentaly unstable he is. When he couldnt look at Robben penalty, when he missed that penalty in final and couldnt hold the pressure on euro. He had terrible tournament for his kind of player. After loss twice in final of CL now, loss with germany in final euro 2008, loss against Italy this year and several defeats by Dortmund must have damaged his confidency. Muller was nothing special either, Schurle even less. If there is any player I would go from Germany attackers right now is Reus or Gotze, but both are unavailable.
-
In 2009/10 he was realy beast, best RB for me. After Mou left, he just wasnt the same anymore.
-
Should I draw you? The point was that Oscar was much more efective in NT than Lucas and is half cheaper. Lucas is more Robinho boy, doing all kind of dribbling In brazil, but in NT he tries too hard and isnt as effective as at Sao paulo. I dont realy want him, he could be star but has lot of risk. Lot of brazilians can do fancy dribbles, but not many has the vision and calmless like Oscar.
-
Could be some sort of security backup, in case some other teams might want him, we have advantage. Maybe Roman is looking for proper alternative or just waiting for olympics to see how good hulk is and complete deal then. Sure he wont go with 40mio like he went with Torres. he must first see how great player is hulk and then decide..
-
Yeah, hope not, but his price coudnt go that higher, considering Lucas is rated at 30mio eur, Oscar at 25. And now in brasil people think Lucas suposed to be better. For me, Oscar is better recently anyway.
-
In competition of Didi, Torres, Danny and Lukaku he wouldnt get much chance, so its ok if he went to club where he can play more (Roma), but not then back to lpool...when there are Juve, Inter all looking for striker..
-
At one point Chelsea representatives came in brasil, now its only a mail. I wonder why cant our transfers be that open like Milan-psg where at least you know how the things stand. But I guess its agreed, Luigi just doesnt want to risk and bring Ganso in first. Then Oscar can go officialy.
-
I dont think so, If anything, at least fee has been already agreed. Even Avb said 20mio is something they cant pay, but Chelsea can/did. First, Oscar needs work permit, second, Inter must first realise Ganso move third, Oscar is now with head in olympics fourth, he will arrive in London for olympics next week and after/during them complete medical test. He wont travel earlier for that, because whole brasil team has preparations now (incluiding Hulk). Olympic games in london is perfect time, no side needs to rush in official, its enough they agreed terms and fee personaly. I think something similar is going on with Hulk, but there might be some 3rd party company issues or maybe Porto waits for higher offer, but they wont get it; Hulk wont go anywhere else either (if reports are right). I find ridiculous that Chelsea wouldnt pay those 40mio £ for Hulk, but they would pay 20mio £ for Schurle. BS. He is not worth that much, with Oscar is different, because of inflated brasil talent market, he is brasil player and regular starter for NT. The ony thing that worries me is last year we already 'signed' Neymar, but then nothing happened. I hope it wont be same now. But that time, press like SkYnews, guarian, telegraph,... didnt reported about it like this time with Oscar and Hulk. I seriously let my emotions in this two transfers too much and the dissapointment is huge in the end if nothing happens.
-
Yeah probably right. If that Borini shines, I wont be bit happy about the fact he is now lpool player...
-
I know, its not possible to compare barca to chelsea, but I used this comparison for interpretation that Mata in my lineup wouldnt be CM, but more like CAM, similar role to Iniesta. Anyway, lets finish this and continue when we finish with transfers
-
I was thinking about 4:3:3 and Mata would then play like Iniesta along Xavi in Barca. Sure, Mata would be positioned bit further (like Iniesta), Oscar like deep lying playmaker (Xavi) and Mikel like Busquets.
-
I blame him only to pick liverpool. Its like Cesc left Barca and joined Arsenal, but in a year, he would move to real madrid. Yes, they thrown him out, but you just dont go to rival... I have feeling he will become good there...
-
Since we are buying Hazard, Oscar, Marin,...I suggest we will play offensive football. And with offensive football we dont need more than four defenders and Mikel. Also in beggining, Lampard will play instad of Oscar more time, but eventualy Oscar will take his role. I expect in 2 years, he will get some weight and defensive abilities (not much, but enough to play there). And what do you expect; play attacking football, but with 6 defenders + GK? I dont see why would we need more than one CDM anyway. Stop thinking so defensive mate. With possesion of the ball, you dont need to defend so much and if you attack, opponent cant right? RIght now we would surely play Lamps ahead Oscar in big games, but in two years, Oscar will take that role (hopefully) and at that time he will understand PL game. In TC transfer talk, more or less everything is pointless, but I count we will get Hulk in the end. It just cant be any other way. He suits us more than any player.

Great player is about to leave us. He did well here under Ancelotti, I remember 09/10 was best football we ever played. He was very important and key player. I will never forget him, his attitude to club was always great, never complaining. Yes, he was not his best this season, but still great lad. Gonna miss all those players Didi, Anelka and Malouda, after all they formed killing attack that season with more than 100 games and wins against all big three. Good luck and thank you for all Flo (just in case he stays, I might need to save this post for next summer)

First Belgian league is much less competitive than Brazil, Portuguese, Turkish or Russian. Even Holland has better clubs in their league. Belgian is something like Championship in England. Jumps from that league to Premier League is giant. Even Lukaku who was best striker and probably player in Belgium, was completely lost here. Missing clear chances is another problem of too big presure. Witsel did great work when he moved to Benfica, get regular play time and impress even in CL. For KDB, this will be massive change, I hope he does well. Personaly I think if he has that talent, should slowly play well here and become good. He is old enough and will have good support. But sometimes move to some smaller but still big club in big league like Werder, would work even better. Even better if Lukaku goes there too; both will play together, they know each other and sure most important is if they are in first plan for coach. He will play them first five games and if they do it well, their progress will evolve during season with constant play time. If they play bad, Im sure no coach in no club at that level would still play them, after all they just arrived there on loan. And sure, if they play bad, they wont impress here either. Kdb should stay, he is old enough and as I said if he has that talent in himself, he will impress sooner or later.
-
Borini off to Lpool for 11mio pounds... Why Lpool? Now he will shine there and we will pay 30mio for him after two seasons..................................
-
Eventualy we should play 4:3:3 with ------Mikel------- ---Oscar-Mata----- Hulk-Torres-Hazard
-
Good player, specialy becuase he is chelsea fan, but right now I take Oscar and Hulk anyday.
-
1.Hulk 2.Oscar 3.Azpi would be happy if we got Gordon (gk) and Leandro Damiao too, but it will never happen, so the first three are realistic
