Well Mikel was one of best in CL final and second part of season. Agree Lamps is no more suitable to be in double pivot with this more attacking style. Someone with tons of energy along Oscar. Essien was that once, but Mikel is very slow. We need someone like Yaya Toure or Alex Song. Possibly just stick to Mikel-Oscar once kid arrives from olympics.
-
I dont see Barry or De Jong to be world class. Eventualy Rodwell and Yaya seems much more class if Rodwell will turn good. And looking at current game, we dont have Oscar while City has no Silva, Hart,...and yet they are full of energy. We lack that energy a lot...
-
Mata and Hazard are doing shit so far...If we are going to depend on them whole season, I dont know what will happen. Defo time to buy two more players, defence and wing. And Moses wont solve this problems!
-
we won last year CL because of brilliant defending and now we are completely shit at back four? In that case we dont only need attack, but also good new defensive players. And obviously Azpi and maybe even Wallace.

Should Chelsea be more active in the Central America Market?

No...Stick to europe talent, plenty of it and usualy most sucessful and less risky. Sure player or two from Africa or South America is always welcome. I just hope we wont put too many brasil players (Oscar, Luiz, Rambo, Wallace,...) to our squad. No matter what some say brasil in pl unsucess is fairytale, but if Luiz and Rambo made it there, it doenst mean every brasil player will do it. Yesterday performance was dreadful, horrible, frustrating and unconnected in final. Problem with brasil players is they think are the best and they dont need to work hard; results will come from sky...then they lose and fall in crisis...not saying everyone but having too many brasil players in one team is this years not good. Their star Neymar was total shit yesterday, all that individual dribbling is just unproper for today football where team work is most important. Not even saying about Mexico or even Usa...Some addition from Uruguay or Argentina would be welcome though. -
Sure Rafael was the worst player and until the miss, Oscar played realy well (whole tournament actualy), but that chance would put brasill in extra time. One player got that chance and that was Oscar. And he missed. I must say we should be very happy that we signed him, but that was a miss that could cost him lot. Brasil media are taking this olympics as pre world cup and Oscar missed sitter to give them hope. But true, Rafael and even Thiago Silva, Neymar were pretty bad today...
-
I dont want to be rude or disrespectfull to Oscar, but from neutral position everyone would say he fucked up the game... Some players get realy realy bad after such things (too many expectations and hopes) and such miss causes major blow, while other get stronger and become even better. Hope its the last, but he will need very good performance at chelsea to re-gain his confidence.

I like this players but you dont see many so frustrating teams as brasilian. Thiago cost Psg 40mio, Neymar rated at 60. From Neymars performance today he is most overrated footballer in the world. 60mio for failed passes dribbles shots and dozen dives...Oscar wasnt best either but he did try. Still, he should score the goal and that could mentaly kill him. this medal was realy huge for brasil and he missed equaliser sitter. Hulk was actualy quite good in this match compared to other team mates. It sure was karma for all those brasil kids who thought they won already two days ago... And that is why nowdays brasil team cant get anywhere. At big stage they fall apart always. I hope Oscar will come good, but question is if Menezes will stay as coach. If he wont, the new one might favorize older players like Kaka and Oscar will quick become bench man along few others...

He was born in france, but played 6 years (from 1999) in Ghana for for Fc Nania. Then he moved back to france to Marseille in 2005.

I love our new project with young players, but if you think current OUR players will handle 7 cups with over 60games, some playing in england for first time. Someone with direct football has to come, someone who can makes difference in second and is physicaly fit and has good fitness. We have seen that in last match, with very strong team, we lost 3:1. But everything will be seen against City. I love our players as I said and support them, but one very powerfull player must come as plan b in case passing system fails. And we dont have chemistry to not run like Barca who can pass whole game for fun. In england we will have to run lot. At least some players. Yes some dont need to run much, but the experience and chemistry play there. Our team has lot of young players and that will make mistakes in first season. We will struggle some time, next season Hazard etc will show full potential.
-
In hardest part of season; March, April or May you wanna bet that Ayew would run twice more than Mata? That part is when you need your players give 150% and Mata was very tired. Ayew was pretty much rested same part of season last year. Having stamina is not just one match, but during whole season. I expect Mata, Hazard will be more tired and with player like Drogba gone, who will push us forward? Africans have to train twice in terms of running and having good fitness if they want to join big clubs in europe. That is why they are fit whole season. Like Drogba. Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Lamps,...wont be. And that is why we need season stamina guy. Ayew, Moses or someone would be perfect.
-
Actualy I watched few games of Ayew, that is why I like him, he was quite good. Not just because he is african, but also the treatment and training he gained in Africa are much different than European. Best africans work very hard to get in Europe, that is why lot of them (not all) have good stamina. Drogba, Essien, Song, Ayew, Etoo could all run endless when fit and in form.
-
Anyway, Ayew still has twice stamina as Mata. Ramires and Lavezzi have great stamina too, but neither of them is Kenyan. But sure, Ayew is also good sprinter. He has not realy superb stamina, but his fitness is better than Matas and probably most other players we have (because of age). Ayew can run all game, Mata at 70min is tired.
-
He sure did work hard in attack, but Im talking about returning back, Ayew is better at that (probably because of his stamina as he is african)
-
One overrated *** (I cant say dick or whatever, he looks cool guy though, but overrated as hell). 25mio? He is not worth even 10 right now... And just to say there are other players like Hulk, Moses or Ayew, what Roman sees so special on this guy anyway?
-
At least 3rd in Prem league, behind Manchesters, winning Facup and quarterfinals of CL. And sure win in world club cup as bonus. But overall I dont expect Hazard will have briliant season, maybe above average. Next year will be better for him.
-
Isco...what a fucking great young player. Dribbled past Real Madrid defence with ease in Laliga matches. We dont need him realy, but whoever gets him, he sure will be good signing. Arsenal wants him I heard...If they get him and another Cb and keep Rvp, they will have strong team then... I still cant imgine else but the reason Arsenal bought Mertesacker was only because they wanted to stop Drogba scoring against them every game with head
-
Speaking of Kakuta, sell him to Marseille and buy Ayew. Very good Winger and not another playmaker. Also good with head, scored vs Inter in last CL season. Much better than Moses right now and cheper than Hulk. Ready for first team and since we lost Drogba and Kalou, another African player would be nice. Whats very imoortant he is hard worker unlike Mata, Hazard or Marin who are more flair players.
-
If Wallace comes, Azpi wont right? I cant see both of them along with Brana and Kane. Unless Ivan will now play as RB as long Azpi handles it and then no more. Wallace will be Azpi bakup and Brana fourth CB.
-
I wouldnt take Neymar sorry. He doesnt suit us. Class player, possibly even better than Messi or Cr in few years, but he suits Spain more than England...
-
Good signing for Psg, good for Lucas to start in 'smaller' club and league before heading to big leagues. But where the f did Psg got all that money? Platini will definately support Psg now as he is french. But i think players like Ibra or Thiago will get worse through season since you dont need to work hard in French league unlike Italy, England or Spain. Specialy now that even biggest clubs in france are actualy very bad; Lyon, Marseille, Lille or Montpellier will all lost good players like Giroud, Azpi, Hazard, Lloris,...eventualy. This fairytale would be good if Psg would be spanish team competing with barca or real, not running one horse race in France. Terrible competition is there right now...
-
Olympic games are helping Oscar lot in moving to Chelsea, London and Prem league. Much better than direct transfer from Brasil to england. He still has lot to learn in terms of not losing the ball that often (Im bit harsh to him, but sometimes he tries too much). Other than that, he is briliant player to have. Surely key for brasil if he will evolve properly. I just hope we wont ruin him as he is very young.
-
I cant see 25mio striker to come, Cavani, Falcao, Llorente come off. Lewandovski or Ba would be decent, but I dont really like either of them. If striker comes, let it be Damiao or Cisse. Add Hulk or Moses and Azpi/Wallace to that and we are ready.
-
I realy dont know where Lucas would fit if Nene, Lavezzi and Ibra all play attacking three. Maybe if Nene leaves, but he was best PSG player last season. I would like to see Lucas in Inter much more than PSG. With another or two good talented players, Inter would be back again.
-
I like the addition of such promising players, but he is too young, 1994 year and will not be good for his evolving. If he woul be 20 and already established brasilian serie a player (like Mario Fernandes who went in Cska) I would be very excited, but he is just too young for england now. Maybe in two years...
