Well Mata needs to become like them. If he wont have stamina to play regulary day in day out, we will never be good. Only when he will play on top. When he will be tired, we will be shit. You cant have your main man to be so 'weak'. Look at Silva. Top team but when he is shit, whole team play shit.

He wouldnt be cm, but CAM. Like this ---------Wanyama--------- -----------------Kdb----- -----Mata---------------- -Moses-----Ba-----Hazard- Also, Moses has all potential to be starter, he offers lot of pace and second option in attack.

Lamps was very offensive playmaker in 4:3:3, why Mata cant do the same? Besides if we had Wanyama, the guy can evolve in next Essien/Yaya and we wouldnt even need two midfielders with strong defensive abilities (Mikel and Rambo). Dont forget that we want to play nice passing football and with Rambo that will never happen. Hes passing and playmaking skills are weak unless you want him use in counter attack formation. If Iniesta can play in three man midfield with xavi and Busquets, I dont see why Mata couldnt. But in that case we obviously need someone more pacy than Mikel in DM (Wanyama for example).

Would prefer this Azpi-Terry-Luiz-Cole Mata-Wanyama-Kdb Moses-Ba?-Hazard Rambo is just not a type of player we need in midfield im afraid. Wanyama has pace of rambo, power of Mikel and some great offensive/defensive skills like tackling, covering, shot from distance. Mata would be attacking playmaker, while Kdb/Oscar would connect the midfield with attack and both like to work heavy in defensive department. Moses would add the pace on wing and directness that we lack, his game will only rise with experience. Hazard on left is obvious choice. Im not sure about Ba as striker but if we realy want to play Lukaku next season, we MUST NOT buy any class striker because he would then end Lukaku's career here. Azpi and Cole as full backs seem perfect, while another cB will eventualy need to come, as Terry is getting old. Midfeld of Wanyama, Mata and Kdb would give us defensive balance and creative spark in center half. Basicaly we only need someone like Wanyama and we are set for next season.

He is 17, he should be at least 22 to get regular spot here and that is 5! years from now!!! He has brilliant team in Southampton to evolve and he is Chelsea fan. English as well. In few years, I would take him in a heart beat, but not yet. He is way too young and we still have Cole.

Hazard, Wilshere, Eriksen, Gotze, Isco, Pogba, El Shaarawy, Varane, Isco are the most exciting young players I think right now, but we realy dont need Eriksen, he is Cam and we are filled with that position. He is very direct player and completely unfit to Barca (look at Sanchez), also why would barca pay 40mio+for winger when they need class CB? I think he will end in Real or United as you mentioned. But probably real as he likes the club, Spurs and Real have connections, also Spurs likely wont sell to rivals in PL...

I doesnt matter if player is small, he can easily be strong at same time. Look at Messi, Iniesta and xavi they are small, but posses great balance and can hold the ball using their body to protect it. Mata cant do that and we are weak because of it. You dont need realy tall players, but they must hold the ball well.

He is superb striker that would destroy any team and would score 40+ goals if he will play for rm or barca, but there is something on him like 'i will flop at chelsea'... He is nothing more like superb Higuain. Scores goals but does nothing else. If he doesnt score, he is invisible in matches. We need someone who fights for the ball, runs back etc. Could be Sheva and Torres flops speaking in me, but Falcao will flop here too i think... I hope im wrong though...

Difference back then is that we had english backbone in Terry, joe, Lamps, a coach with balls and nerves of steel. Now we have flair boys who yet to become mature. The biggest problem we face now is power. Our key player is Mata and he cant even play 5 games on top level in row (no disrespect though). Our team is soo uncomplete. Striker can score, defence cant defend and midfield is unconsistent.

We need a striker, long shot taker, deep playmaker and use youth players in defence. Reus, Cavani, Gundogan would be my choice. With either Klopp or Mou on bench.
