  1. I hope none of this is true
  2. So good to have someone with the ability to shoot from distance like Pedro, even with his weaker foot. Goals against Tottenham, Bournemouth and now Everton (away from home too!) Crucial in opening up games for the team. Fantastic
  3. Yes, no excuses from now. Three wins and the title please. Fabregas should start all remaining games
  4. Something feels off. Everton are not really attacking in numbers and are looking for the long-ball up to Lukaku, which means Chelsea have very little space to exploit on the break. Everton are there for the taking if we can step it up in the second half. Alonso, Moses, Matic, Pedro, Costa - too many passengers at the moment

  6. Who plays as RWB in case Moses is unavailable? I think the best option right now is Azpilicueta at RWB with one of Zouma or Terry coming in at CB. Would ideally look to add options for both wing back positions next season
  7. No doubt I would love to have a dribbler, creator who can shoulder the attacking responsibility and reduce the burden on Hazard but 60m or upwards for James Rodriguez would be a waste of the money generated from the Oscar deal. There are a LOT of better, proven, consistent options in the market for that price. Pass.
  8. Yes. This. I remember Mourinho announcing Oscar is the player to build the team around. He dug his own grave there.
  9. I remember the buzz when we signed him in 2012. Then he comes on away to Wigan (i think) and looks electric. He zooms past defenders, plays clever flicks in behind that we weren't used to seeing in Chelsea blue at the time. Then he makes his full debut. Against Juventus and storms the first half. That second goal where he is standing back to goal, spins around and curls it past Buffon. Then there was the long ranger against Shakhtar catching the keeper out of position but since then, he's only turned in a sprinkling of good performances. The things he could have been. Oh well. But unlike de Bruyne and Mata, who are better than him I think it is the right call to let him leave. I'd let him go for half the money offered
  10. The bigger question is do we need an attacker in January? I dont think Oscar needs to be replaced at all (not immediately anyway0 since he didn't fit into any position in the XI
  11. Sanchez, Griezmann, Dybala, Aubameyang, Reus, Di Maria.Mahrez Off the top of my head. Worth going after for that kind of money. .
  12. No-brainer. If there's a chance, make it happen. Ashley Cole, Cesc Fabregas and now Alexis Sanchez.
  13. Nine wins in a row! Not too worried about the display. I'll take any sort of win against a Pulis team.
  14. If Luiz is unfit, then I would abandon all thoughts of Fabregas in midfield.
  15. Mahrez IN Oscar OUT Pedro/Hazard/Willian/Mahrez behind Costa/Batsy. Attack sorted/
  16. Think the club missed a trick in the summer by not trying to sign Raphael Guerreiro from Lorient. He was brilliant in the French Ligue and joined Dortmund early in the window for 8 mil IIRC. There are other options Jonas Hector but Guerreiro is more suited to the 3-4-3 we play. I think the club needs to look into this position in January. Is there anyone who can fill in for Alonso if he is unavailable?
  17. I agree. Robben, Sneijder went to Bayern and Inter and lead them to a Champions League final.
  18. He will dislodge Cahill and play as the Left Centre Back. Eventually.
  19. Hahaha. Conte gives zero fucks what others think and I love it. Up the Chels! Man City and Pep next.
  20. I don't know why fans are clamoring for one more defender immediately. Luiz, Azpilicueta, Zouma, Cahill, Terry with Christensen on loan. I'd wait for the right defender really.
