What exactly tells you this? He has signed Ziyech, possibly over Sancho. And is using English players within the club in a season he could not sign players from elsewhere

If this is true, I can sense some sensible wheeling dealing is happening behind the scenes. I don't think its going to be Sancho, Chillwell etc like papers reported early on. Might be Telles, Ziyech, Aouar and others for much lesser money
