Was playing a deeper role for few games before playing in advanced midfield role again vs Everton. I think he comes in at the end of the season for one of the AMs rather than to play in the pivot. Billy for pivot, Gallagher at AM.
I dont think so. Simply delaying the end result of falling comfortably below Liverpool and City. This was an under-strength Leeds at home and team was going side to side with the ball without a plan of how they would break the defence down.
Its Bayern, Ajax, Real, Lille
or PSG Atleti Sporting Benfica Inter Salzburg Villarreal/Atalanta
No easy teams but finishing top of group was better. 1/4 chance of Bayern now
We can do without losing both AC and Rudi but it wouldn't be the end of the world if they both left. The 3 CB system is perfect for them (especially AC) but if they choose to move on, we could target CBs who can thrive in a back four, change the defensive shape to commit more players forward.
Top - City, Liverpool, ManU, Ajax, Madrid, Bayern, Lille
2nd - PSG, Sporting, Inter, Barca, Villarreal, Salzburg, Porto/Milan/Atleti
I'd rather finish top. There is only one team in that whole list that could be a very tough game - Bayern.
We have a far better chance in the UCL than winning the league. We are struggling to break down some teams in the league but a knockout game is ideal for the likes of Kante, Mount who run endlessly and close down spaces.
