Hiddink is unlikely to rotate, isn't he? We have Stoke on Saturday and then PSG after that.
I know Hiddink would want to keep the momentum going but it would be great to rest 2-3 players and play Loftus-Cheek, Kenedy etc.
Is it just me or every time when an English manager gets talked up for the England job, their team's form goes south? Redknapp, Monk, Pardew to name a few.
Maybe he was affected badly by it and hence Hiddink had to take him off?
On another note, one shouldn't make silly mistakes like that in defence when you've got Shane Long around. That guy is a human pest!
One question - why did he not put a defender on the bench today? No, I'm not considering Kenedy as one. That was a bloody huge risk and could have easily backfired had someone in defence, especially any of the CBs, got injured.
FIRST back-to-back league win. FIRST comeback league win. Both in this season. YES! YES! YES!
On another note, really sick and tired of seeing Shane Long score against us. Every freaking season!
Conte is versatile, formation-wise. He doesn't play 3-5-2 just for the sake of it and it worked well for him at Juventus because he had the right personnel. Doubt he's dumb to go with that formation when he doesn't have the players for it and when a back 3 system doesn't really work well in the Premier League.
Seriously, what's the point of Arsenal qualifying for the Champions League every season but never coming anywhere close to winning it?!
2 semi finals and 1 final (IIRC) in 15 years or so under Wenger is an atrocious record.
