Kante was on the bench for France vs Turkey last night. So he might be okay. Rudiger is said to return after the international break but no date mentioned. No clue about Kovacic and Barkley. Unless some journalists get some inside info, we'll only know more in Lampard's Friday presser.

The debate about Kante's position is the most hilarious one. All that rage about Sarri playing Kante further forward and now Lampard is doing the same and not a word has been said.

The fact he said he felt great after the Liverpool game makes recent events more bizarre. Not exactly someone to be reckless in general, so is his age catching up already? I know his injuries have been different but this all started when we rushed him back for the Europa League final. Since then, it's just one injury after another. Some folks have a lot to answer for...

But what exactly is the cause of this? We certainly seem to have rush him back so many times!
