  1. Leeds will be fun and we'll have to see whether Bielsa's attacking style can hold up in the Premier League, whether that defence can hold their own against better players. And also gotta wonder if Leeds will avoid the usual Bielsa collapse in the second half of the season...
  2. The thing with Liverpool is they don't have great depth and they don't look to be strengthening this summer either. They have been fortunate with injuries but if say Salah, Mane get a serious one, they could be in serious trouble because those two are their main goalscorers. Can their youngsters step up next season? They are still unknown quantity at this point. It is debatable whether they will be far ahead in the Top 2 next season, especially with the lack of depth. As we have seen with Man City and Liverpool (starting around February this year), a club can only sustain a high level performance and win games for so long before everything comes crashing down. They will be placed right up there by pundits, journalists etc next season because they are the champions and all that but whether they can produce another season like this or even last season remains to be seen.
  3. Fulham..heated rivals of ours? Really? QPR are more in that regard if we're talking about clubs from west London.
  4. Fulham in the Premier League again. How boring...
  5. According to The Athletic, United are "determined to retain a disciplined wage structure to maintain a cohesive, happy squad". So...
  6. Also, has anyone noticed a certain big Premier League club has been rather quiet in the transfer market, so far at least? That club is playing with fire for next season...
  7. Is Sancho desperate to leave Dortmund this summer? Last I read he is fine with staying for another season at least, although that was some time back. If that hasn't changed, then United really have no legs to stand on here. Dortmund have all the advantage.
  8. Looks like it. Same story appearing in multiple outlets. Neil Ashton is working overtime...
  9. Huh? There's no danger whatsoever with the HG or non-HG quota.
  10. Out of those lot, Barkley looks the easiest to be sold. There is likely a market for him.
  11. If the long term plan is to play 4-3-3, then one of the midfield slots is more than readily available for Mount.
  12. Better pray he doesn't get injured...
  13. Welcome back to earth, folks...
  14. You keep using Kante and Pulisic as excuses to defend Lampard but completely ignore the fact that some other players have also suffered muscle injuries this season and why they have happened so many times, beyond than just the situations with Kante and Pulisic. And this is not even about blaming Lampard for the heck of it. If it has happened to only Kante and Pulisic, then fine, I take your point completely but given others have also suffered the same problem and the number of times it has happened, it is only normal to question what is going on and if there is something not right with the way Lampard trains the players, especially when our injury record overall in previous years is good. Is that really offensive to you? Just want the players to be healthy and not get unnecessary injury when it can be prevented!
  15. On Reguilon... https://global.espn.com/football/soccer-transfers/story/4153115/chelsea-in-advanced-talks-with-real-madrids-reguilonchilwell-deal-stalls-sources
