  1. No clue. Don't see it being licensing/copyright issues when the fixtures are all over social media elsewhere.
  2. Wasn't that only the graphic? But I also remember people have been posting the whole thing previously as well.

  4. That is debatable. They are at different stages of the career but we managed to get like 100 million for Hazard last summer when he had only 1 year left on his contract and that is with only 1 club interested. Who is to say Leverkusen won't get a similar fee next summer if multiple clubs - e.g. Real Madrid and Bayern - are interested? Leverkusen could easily start a bidding war that would drive up the price. Had it not been for the pandemic, the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern would have gone for Havertz and potentially driven the price up even more.
  5. https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/2020/08/20/premier-league-fixtures-2020-21-announced--chelsea?cardIndex=0-0 We'll begin the season at Brighton and then at home to Liverpool!
  6. Havertz may be versatile to play in several positions but he doesn’t excel in all of those positions. United need/want a specialist RW and Havertz isn’t that. Otherwise, don’t you think they would have made a move already? They are still going after Sancho, who is obviously their #1 target. Moreover, if United are already reluctant to pay 120 million or whatever the upfront fee is for Sancho, then it is very debatable whether they would even do the same for Havertz when the fee difference is not that big. While I would be happy if we do get Havertz, it wouldn’t be the worst thing either if we don’t get him, because that would allow us to spend the money on more pressing areas!
  7. Bayern in total control since the opening goal. Lyon have to change their approach now...
  8. I do agree the fee is rather high and that money could spent elsewhere. But as Jype alluded to above, who are we to tell Leverkusen how much they should sell Havertz? We are just the buyer, they own Havertz and he still has a few years left on the contract. If the situation was the other way round, we would be aiming at getting the most out of the deal rather than selling the club's main star player at a discount, regardless of the pandemic. As for the pressure from the big price tag, well, that is another discussion altogether. 3 of those names you mentioned above are all at Barcelona and they were just dumb in spending that money for them without having any idea how to use them. Don't think the same can be said about us. Joao Felix, I think, has had some decent performances but he joined the wrong club.
  9. Don't think Fabrizio Romano has any inside info on this deal. What he posted basically came from Bild, which was already tweeted by Jan Aage Fjortoft and Christian Falk.
  10. The Premier League fixtures will be released tomorrow at 9am UK time.
  11. But is it best for clubs to get this done ASAP? Leverkusen can then focus on buying replacements with the money. Havertz can then get here quicker and settle in and we can then move on to defensive signings!
  12. Nothing too substantial here but...
  13. When will people realize that United don't need a player like Havertz?
  14. Is it? It seems Havertz has pushed for the move again and there seems to be greater urgency now on both clubs' part to agree on a deal sooner rather than later.
  15. I know goals are goals but a lot of Willian's goal this season came from penalties and free kicks, which obviously means he didn't score a lot from open play. Will Willian better that at Arsenal? I highly doubt it. He has scored more than 5 league goals per season in only 3 of the 7 seasons here and he averaged only 9 goals per season overall. Too lazy to go through each of his goals but take away the penalties and free kicks, the goal output would be considerably less. Feel hard done by because the club didn't want him to give him a 3-year deal? He must be living in dreamland then.
