  1. Wonder if he would be happy to play second fiddle to Torres...
  2. Jim is probably already onto the problem but the text turning white after editing a post is incredibly annoying and frustrating!
  3. Get the excitement but calm down. It was only against an MLS team(no offence). We will find out more about them when we face PSG and Milan.
  4. Apparently, De Bruyne has been dubbed 'Prince Harry' at Cobham.
  5. Oops. Just realized that. Thought it was Ivanovic all along.
  6. RDM's post-match reaction and he also said that Cole has joined up with the squad. http://www.chelseafc.com/page/Tour_News/0,,10268~2853463,00.html
  7. That video highlights I posted has been taken down. Found another one here.. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xs944t_seattle-sounders-chelsea-footyroom-com_animals
  8. Here's a video to the match highlights. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHxASAYeoLU&feature=youtube_gdata_player
  9. Positives: 1. Marin and Hazard. Very impressed from what I've seen. Provides plenty of creative vibes, movement, trickery and attacking threat. 2. We looked quite dangerous going forward especially in the first half. Lots of movement, pace and quick transitions from defence to attack, which we have sorely lacked in recent times. 3. McEachran. Played nice through balls in the first half and two, crucially that set Marin and Lukaku up for their goals from what I remember. 4. Played some very nice one touch football too. Negatives: 1. Dodgy defending. The first goal especially is just pure sloppyness from Josh, yes, he's in the positives and negatives. 2. Made too many sloppy passes especially in the second half. All in all, decent game and a good win. Roll on the next one, PSG on Sunday.
  10. You moved the post here. No wonder I can't find it in the original thread! You're being too innocent. Breaking the norm once in a while is okay.
  11. http://espn.go.com/sports/soccer/story/_/id/8176320/roberto-di-matteo-looking-bring-style-back-chelsea-gabriele-marcotti A good article by Gabriele Marcotti on our future team and style of play under RDM.
  12. That is why I said 'More dedication'. And besides, it's not like you watch Chelsea matches every day/weel at 4.30am anyway. Once or twice a year wouldn't kill you.
  13. 'Ho Ho Ho BlueLion'?! Christmas must have came early for Alex back then and in March too!
  14. Happy Birthday to the controversial fella and 'One Word Response Guy' that is WHS or Sam.
  15. What are you working as? Retail assistant? And where do you work?
  16. There's that. He can attack. He can cross the ball and more importantly, he's defensively solid. Has a decent shot in him as well. Pretty much an upgrade, a massive upgrade on Bosingwa! IF Azpilicueta do join us, then he at least already has Spanish mates who can help him to settle in.
  17. There were just stories yesterday that said he wants to go to Newcastle and the move is almost completed..
  18. Have been endorsing him for awhile. Would be pleased if we manage to get him.
  19. Asking one to say a nice thing about our rivals is like asking them to kiss a pig's butt!
  20. CHELSEA 1. Mata 2. Ramires 3. Cech 4. Lampard 5. Drogba 6. Cole 7. Ivanovic 8. Mikel 9. Terry 10. Cahill/Luiz Really have no idea who to pick between Luiz and Cahill. Luiz has become more mature in this past season than when he first joined. There are still 1-2 mistakes in him but it's much less than in his first season. On the other hand, Cahill joined in January but has adapted very well and it's almost like he has been at the club for 5 years already rather than just 5 months! GENERAL 1. Ronaldo 2. Messi 3. Van Persie 4. Aguero 5. Di Natale 6. Hazard 7. Mata 8. Benzema 9. PIrlo 10. Giroud/Lewandowski Again, no idea who to pick for No.10. Both crucial for their respective clubs last season in winning the league and domestic cup, in Dortmund's case.
  21. Getting sick at this time is just not f**king ideal!!
