Good. I would prefer them to win this weekend, which they did, and come to the Bridge next weekend with confidence rather than a wounded animal. Would make the players stay concentrated and not underestimate United, despite their struggles this season.

If Tim Sherwood continues to persist with that formation, he won't last long at Spurs really. Showed his naivety against Arsenal by playing that and got exposed. Needs to be more tactically adaptable.

Very sloppy in the first half but did well in the second half to get the goals without really having to click into first gear. Superb goal from Hazard to break the deadlock and once again, our defence have looked solid. Perhaps it's due to Hull's weak attacking issues but we hardly gave them a sniff apart from our charitable mood in giving the ball to them. It's now 5 clean sheets in the last 6 games. We kept 5 in 14 games before that. So, that's an improvement.

If that is true about Van Persie and not some attempted plan to fool us, then good. As for Rooney, he's been sent on a warm weather holiday so that he can recover in time to play against us and it's a possibility that may well happen.

Assuming if Courtois is gonna be our no.1, I don't see any point in keeping 2 experience keepers as backup. IF Cech is going to be sold, then keep Schwarzer and have him as a backup instead. If not, then just let Schwarzer go and have Blackman (or whoever else) as the 3rd choice, which is very much similar to what we are doing this season. Otherwise, I see little point in having keeping 2 extra keepers especially when the third one won't even get a game at all. It may be a lot for common people like us but the opposite in the footballing world. And TBF, let's not go all stereotype on Schwarzer wanting money just because he wants to stay. He has only won 1 trophy in his club career - League Cup in 2004 - and perhaps he just see this as an opportunity to win 1-2 big trophies before he retire.
