Good. This is selfish from a club's perspective but the earlier our players' NT team get knocked out of the World Cup, the better it is for our preparations for the new season.

He mainly plays out wide, mostly on the LW I believe and only recently that he's playing in the AM role for Colombia (though not 100% certain whether Ranieri has used him at AM at Monaco).

Like that is gonna work especially with Mourinho around. He would want defensive solidity at the back first before we even start going 'attack-crazy' upfront.

You may have learned from past mistakes but not everyone does and I'm sure you are aware of that. Anywa, I take your point but not sure if it's really viable since there are people sometimes who just like to take the piss and if we do this, then we'll just allow these people to do this over and over without any repurcussions (even if we can still keep track of their misbehaviors somewhere and still punish them but that would make this whole thing redundant). If you have learned from past mistakes and not doing anything wrong at all, then you shouldn't worry much about those warning points there really.

Well, the last time we had a Spanish fella taking most of our set pieces, we did score quite a number of goals from it... Assuming if or when we play a 3-man midfield, I find it almost impossible for us to play 2 creative passers in there considering our manager is Mourinho and not somebody like Guardiola. Moreover, it's not like Kroos and/or Fabregas are strong defensively like say Oscar to compensate/counter any issues that may appear from fielding such lineup.

He probably is that but think it just needs to be fortified. After all, Wenger couldn't win anything for 8 years and even at Barcelona, trophies were hardly coming by easily in his time there. Bound not to be strong as it should and if there is a manager out there right now that can turn a player into a winner, then one would trust Mourinho to do so.
