who is the guy with shirt only in snowy weather? I see him all the time like this - lost multiple bets?
-
At least Spurs and Pool lost
-
thought Marin was excellent

Neither 2 are box to box midfielders who will regularly pick up the ball from deep and drive forward. Neither also give you any defensive presence as Lamps can.

Best and worst moments of Chelsea in 2012
skeeo replied to BlueLyon's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Best moment for me as a fan was being at the Chelsea v Barca semi final first leg (first time at Stamford Bridge!) As a club, obviously winning the CL Worst moment - the lead up to RDM's sacking -

not sure what game you are watching, he has been dire.
-
The point is still that he should shut the hell up.

Meireles is struggling in the role behind the striker

"Since I met the chairman I've been impressed by the way he goes around his business," Villas-Boas said in the Independent. "He's a person who knows what he's doing, he has football understanding and wants to build something. "He is involved on a daily basis with his knowledge. That's the main difference. The structures that surround Tottenham are extremely good. Everyone knows they have to play a part in any success and are not looking for scapegoats. "It was never in my mind to get back so quickly. Is Tottenham a better fit for me? Put it this way: I think there is more a sense of belonging here. The club is full of tradition and this is what I have to admire. "Chelsea has its tradition too, but it has changed dramatically since 2003 when the club was bought."

who are the knob heads in here who already judged him as being guilty, disgraceful fans.

Is the guy delusional? Claims he put the squad together, that Roman gave up on him and he left the squad in good shape in that we were still in and fighting for the FA Cup and CL. Pretty amusing really. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/jul/11/andre-villas-boas-roman-abramovich-chelsea Chelsea regrouped under Villas-Boas's former assistant Roberto Di Matteo and won the Champions League and FA Cup. The Portuguese did not seek any credit for the trophies but did note that he had assembled the squad to win them at the start of the season. He added that he had been denied the opportunity to collect the silverware, with the suggestion being that he would have backed himself to have done so. "The decision to terminate what was going on at Chelsea was not mine, it was the owner's. It is all very well that you cut the project short and Chelsea go on to win two trophies and [you] say how wonderful the squad was, but at the beginning nobody believed in that squad when we put it together.

anyone have any idea on how ticketing might work for this?
-
Good choice by Brasil imo, Luiz is a natural leader and fairly inspirational. Youngster will definitely look up to him.
-
why? because as you said, JT as a footballer is a God and that is what we, as Chelsea supporters should judge him on. Not what others or the general population may think of him. I couldn't care less what the media writes about him (not having a go at you, just saying), all I know is he is a club legend and he wears his heart on his sleeve. Like other footballers, he is prone to the occasional brain fade. However, the amount of crap some of the so called fans on this forum are giving him for celebrating the CL triumph is absolutely disgraceful.
-
I'm disgusted to stand alongside some of you as fellow Chelsea supporters. JT, Captain Leader Legend.

Signed Sahin up for my FIFA 12 team recently, handy player =)
-
Love it how when Torres misses a few chances, the media is all over him like the plague but when he scores a few goals, it barely rates a mention (other than in a mocking way).
-
Yep, Spurs have definitely missed their chance to cash in big on Mr Modric. Will still get a decent amount but doubt it will be anywhere near the amount we would have given them for him.
-
Better get a decent amount of money for him if he were to leave. He has been immense and to me is one of the best defenders currently playing.

Fulham shirt looks like a training top
-
Deserves it though the true test will be how consistent we are in the EPL

Champions League Final 2012 - Chelsea 1 (4)-(3) 1 Bayern Munich
skeeo replied to BlueLion.'s topic in Champions Archive
they didn't cover it very well on TV because the players went to all parts of the ground, normally they just run towards keeper and the pen taker
