Seems like last season when we did not buy the strikers and we end up regretting it.

For real? Why?

I still stand by what I say the club has already shown me enough to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to strikers. So if they are big on that Frankfurt guy then go for it. As for defense they really have been woeful. Hence the Maignan link I'm not too fuss about. I'm not a fan of that guy. I rather go for someone like Chevalier.

Nah to me the biggest waste is Lukaku. And that came under Roman. Worst of all I seen in my time in Chelsea.

hhehehe I remember the left and liberals hating on Musk and now he is fighting with the right. Guess Musk is on a world of his own.

I still don't mind keeping the gk we have just as long we get a good CB. Hato don't do it for me, it has to be Murillo, Bastoni or maybe Hincapie. Hincapie I kind of lost some interest in him because Bastoni despite with Inter getting shred by PSG is still one of the best out there and for youth with great potential then it's Murillo. Unless Marquinhos wants to leave PSG since he won CL, he can do a Silva, give us some good last years.

Conference League Final 2025 - Real Betis 1-4 Chelsea

I thought no Reece at the beginning was weird but then I heard the comment from Maresca at the end and I was like interesting. Maybe if he continues doing that next season then James can stay more fit, and he might need to do the same for Lavia. -
Same I really like Neto a lot, however if a stupid offer comes for him I will take it. Otherwise he is good to keep around.

Wirts is good but I'm not sure if he would come here. Oh well, I'm still happy that we got Caiceco and Enzo, I so badly wanted those two players and the club did it. Now the only other player I really want is Murillo. I hope they read here, and do the same like they did with Enzo and Caicedo. Murillo for me would fix our defense for years to come.

I think strikers in the past the board previous target have come out good. So I will give them the benefit of the doubt in here. It's in defense that they have been woeful so that one needs more scrutiny. Hence for striker let them do what they want at this point in time.

I'm starting to think if just having Strasbourg is good enough for us. As I remember they wanted to buy more clubs. But I think for how we are operating it's much easier just for them to manage two teams, then 3, 4 etc etc.

It's easier to talk good about PSG now, because for many years when they started the project they where a laughingstock. So if your going to praise PSG like that then you should realize that it takes time to settle in a good approach. We are still early in our phase, PSG has more then a decade. We should see how we are in a decade of this ownership to see if they progress like PSG did after many years.

Like who? For 25 million who you get? And English as well.

Don't go overboard. I was one of the few backing him this whole season when most turn on him. But even then I know he ain't the second coming. I always said he ain't the worst out there but not the best out there neither, that he was okay for me and we can continue with him and get some continuity by building better our squad this summer. As often mention I was tired of sacking manager and then new manager comes in and want to try out all player to see what he likes..... That being said if we fix the squad with the right players I would not be surprised to see Marasca doing exponentially much better then this season. However I will hold my analysis until November-December because if he has not improved by that time frame then I will join the sacking party. Other then that I'm glad he helped us get CL, and won the Conference league, now work on improving the squad.

Would be a good approach but I will then like to see us sell some players as well so we won't be bloated. Drewsbury Hall should go if we get that guy, as well Maduke, Sancho....I'm so so with him. Sancho can be good at time and blow cold at times. I'm really torn with him because I still think for the price United is selling it's a really no brainer to me.
-
Need now the new World Cup of clubs, which looks very nice.
-
Actually sad about Gusto because last season I thought he was a baller. He has gone down big time, I rather sell him this summer if an offer came in.
-
Since Forest ain't in the CL this is time to snap up Murillo. PL proven and will be ready to go for us.
-
I also remember thinking Bakayoko would be an okay buy for us.
-
It might happen United players going to be mad and will take it out on Villa....here hoping.
-
Same I believe the same, the other guy is just a pessimist.
-
I'm not sure on Rodrygo, he just don't do it for me. I rather not spend the money on him, Just buy Murillo, and a good striker and that's all we need for now. The rest we can adjust with what we have and if we are able to sell some deadwood then we add some more, but CB and striker are priority for me.
-
I still think if we got a top CB then GK should be second priority. Give me Murillo and nothing else.
-
I'm fine with the sell, he was never good with his feet and we need that in today's modern game.
-
I would sell Noni as I think Estevao might be better then Noni. Altough I like him for bench option, I think we can do better and is best to sell him and make some profit. Other then that a striker please, and Murillo for me. I can live with another season with our GK as Sanchez as long as we have Murillo.
