Yup Emery is mediocre I saw his work at Arsenal. He is only good with smaller teams ala Moyes. Hard pass, I rather keep Maresca.

Estevao should be playing games like this and CL. I still back that PL he start as sub. The last game he started as 11 he was way out of his depth and he was more of a hindrence then help. His scrawny body is not adapt for the PL at this time. In Spain yes because it's not physical like the PL, so he needs to build and continue to come as sub in the PL.

The only reason I will accept sacking Maresca is you get a truly above level above him, like insane. And out of that list the only one that does it for me is Klopp which that is a pipe dream. Like as well for me would be Guardiola which is a pipe dream. I might consider Xabi Alonso. What he did with Leverkusen was very interesting and worth a look. But othen that all the other managers is the same as Maresca level to me. We will have some good games and bad games. As well bad team selections which the Arm Chair pundits will have a go.

And it's a shame because we know what we are missing. Instead of wasting time on another manager that will try everyone to see them and waste time. We need better defense and better players in the mid to help Caicedo and Enzo. Get rid of Lavia, Essugo who knows about him and Santo I think we can sell and get Elliot or Wharton.

I back the manager, for me it's clear the fools are the board. If they sack him I would not care no more who they pick. They are the problem!

I admit I was wrong with Fofana and yes he has been good. It is why when Levi was fit as well they where both first choice. It's clear that the coach knew way ahead of us who was quality and who was not. This is why I agree with this blast at the board in not backing him in defense. The only quality CB we got are Levi and Fofana and those fools thought everything was good with what we had....

Estevao is still not ready to be started. He is too lightweight he gets muscle out the ball and leads to dangerous counter attacks. As I always said I prefer he comes as a sub for the time being.

I think Palmer being back will help us the CL. PL I don't think we have a chance, but we know with this team we can do damage in cup competitions, so going to be interesting to see how Palmer and Estevao develop for the coming months.

Since I live in Buffalo the closest stadium for me is Toronto, I put for the match of Ghana vs Panama as it's cheaper and the knockout stage that would be second place from K vs second place from L. I'm not driving far to watch the match and insane prices so I will just stay close to home. If I can attend an openining match for a team even though they are so so and a knockout stage we will be happy. Probably a chance I get to see Colombia play if they finish runner up in the group and if we get the two options that I put for those two games.

So here's the thinking if Cucu got better after a couple of seasons, and now Sanchez got better after a couple of seasons then the board might think the same and thus not spend big on Murillo, Bastoni and the like. They might think give chance to Josh, get back Anselmino and so so and then will get better in time. Likewise with Garnacho, Gittens and all those younger players.

It feels enraging if this is true, but I'm going to wait for the summer post world cup and see what they do. As well if they do this, they can't demand anything from coahces to be big title contenders. With this policy we are bound to have ups and down.

This game is the difference between last game lost and not losing this. I said we can't blow every team and at times we start slow. So its important we go into the second half at least with a clean sheet. Hence the difference between a better defense to give the team a chance on the second half to improve. We can win this game now.

I will do the same and say Fofana has been better than tosin and badi combined. Still don't like him and would like to upgrade him. But if we had top cb and he as second then rotation for cb would be good.
