  1. What does failure look like for top Premier League teams in 2016-17? n that regard, the Premier League could transform into a league reminiscent of the Serie A of the mid-90s, when teams finishing as low as 10th place, like Gabriel Batistuta's Fiorentina, were still dazzling and worthy of great respect. http://www.espnfc.us/english-premier-league/23/blog/post/2914014/what-does-failure-look-like-for-top-premier-league-teams-in-2016-17 ............ Interesting read, and this is what I been thinking. That PL is becoming like Serie A back in the days. I remember those times in the 90s, the Italian League was the one to watch. Many good teams, and now it's change to the PL.
  2. I wonder if because of the credit we have as a team from a decade. With players like Drogba, Essien, Maka and such. Was known as a powerhouse, one of the favorite clubs in Africa because of this and that's not easily forgotten. So he "grew up" with some amazement at Chelsea....my thinking.
  3. Matic staying unless we get Nainggolan. Which he might come after changing his mind. He seeing that Chelsea are not playing around and got bats and Kante might do it. Let's hope because Kante and Nainggolan would be an amazing partnership.
  4. Even in the good we was critical of him. Look at many posters saying do during the season we won the title.
  5. Not bringing any good arguments just hating for no good reason.
  6. Again your not bringing any good arguments other then just name calling and hate.
  7. So you have no clue then what he is qualified for. Because if it's about transfer you got to look at the overall before coming to conclusions. Since he's been in that role what have been the transfer? If you ask me, much better then bad overall.
  8. Well people like to blame him for the bad ones but not the good ones. Double standard at it's best.
  9. Chelsea close to completing £29.2m deal for N’Golo Kanté Kanté and Chelsea manager Antonio Conte have been in contact over deal • Midfielder has already told Leicester he wants to leave club this summer https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/jul/15/chelsea-close-to-completing-deal-for-ngolo-kante-leicester-city
  10. “The pressure, for me, is not important. I was born with pressure" hehehe good one And about talking to Raniere "If I'm honest, I didn't have much time, as I was at Euro 2016. I will call Claudio, because he's a lovely man, and ask for advice - but I am clued up on the customs of this country. When you come to a new country, you come with respect for the customs of the country." Good man.
  11. Chelsea make £27m offer for Leicester City’s N’Golo Kanté Leicester keen to hold on to player and have offered him new contract • Chelsea refuse to let Nemanja Matic go before they sign another midfielder https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/jul/14/chelsea-offer-leicester-ngolo-kante
  12. N'Golo Kante offered an improved contract from Leicester http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11712/10500183/ngolo-kante-offered-an-improved-contract-from-leicester
  13. Well that puts to rest all those attacks that our board are penny pinching people.
  14. I still think he should be sold as his value will decrease like Ivanovic. At times we must learn to sell on highs.
  15. Real Madrid out of race to sign Paul Pogba – Sky sources http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/10497605/real-madrid-out-of-race-to-sign-paul-pogba-8211-sky-sources
  16. Terminator X ain't here to comment on his dressing style.
  17. I don't called Mourinho names. I might not like his style anymore and not put him in the degree of top management like Simeone but I don't do that. If you want respect you have to show respect.... Amazingly I said the same thing about Mourinho. If people want Mourinho to respect him he needs to show respect, which he fails to do a lot of the time.
  18. https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2016/jul/08/pep-guardiola-manchester-city-need-time Note the use of the word “teams” – in plural. Just about every major club in England has wanted him at one stage or another. Yet City always had a head-start once Abu Dhabi put in place the former Barcelona executives Ferran Soriano and Txiki Begiristain to run the operation. “Txiki was so important in my life,” Guardiola said. “When I was absolutely nobody, when I was nothing, they trusted me to handle this amazing club, Barcelona, and amazing players. I said to him: ‘Once I go to England, if you are with one club, I will go to you.’” Roman wanted Guardiola so bad that he was not astute enough like City by employing former Barcelona employee like Txiki. I wonder if Roman reads this sentence would he react and get rid of Emanolo and do something similar? Like if he wants Simeone in the future get someone Simeone trust?
  19. Cuntiola hey? You want people to respect Mourinho yet you don't show respect to Guardiola. The blind leading the blind.....
  20. As a replacement to Mikel or even Ramires which we have not replaced is a good deal.
  21. I think because it was the third season. I guarantee at the third season of Conte it will be the same.
  22. About the same price as lukaku. Or what United paid for martial. It is what is. And we will have to pay especially given our predicament.
  23. Pep Guardiola says only Manchester City made him an offer http://www.skysports.com/football/news/12040/10495924/pep-guardiola-says-only-manchester-city-made-him-an-offer I think this was the case because we had Mourinho at the moment. When everything was lost Conte became the only option. Let's hope the only option proves to be better then the rest.
  24. Lazio say Marcelo Bielsa has resigned amid Argentina vacancy http://www.espnfc.us/lazio/story/2909801/lazio-say-marcelo-bielsa-has-resigned-amid-argentina-vacancy lol what a crazy guy. I still want to see him at the PL. But if he goes to the Argentinian national team no doubt they will be good once again.
  25. Man City willing to pay £43m for Leonardo Bonucci - Sky sources http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11679/10495534/man-city-willing-to-pay-16343m-for-leonardo-bonucci-sky-sources
