The economy crash in 08 because of loose polices. Almost any joe had a loan. Today housing is high but people are well qualified to own those loans. If anything Trump has to do is help build more houses. Government has not help at all since 08, I guess they got scared because of that. But again it was the loose policies where people who had no business should not have own a mortgage.

The blame the migrant happens in a lot of countries. In Ecuador they blame the Venezuelans for all the problems. In Panama for a while it was the Colombians and now the Venezuelans. In Dominican Republic, it's the Haitians. Etc etc etc. A lot of countries say this.

One of the reason why I wanted to buy him. He is good and won't be expensive. But between him and Murillo I chose Murillo if the club where able to get him and spend more money. 42 million is not bad for an upgrade to Badi and Disasi.
-
I kind of feel like we can fly with the GK if we get a top CB soon. Murillo fan here, but any top CB will do and then we can see about GK in the future.

But Musiala as LW is not the type of winger that Maresca likes? That hugs the line an comes in from there like Sancho, Neto and Noni does. Is he like that? Or he is more like a Palmer type of player> Nonetheless if opportunity comes I would take him.

Buy the Chelsea shirt with out the logo. Those are rare to have. Yes the club fault for that, but still they will sort it out thus giving us a rare opportunity to own the Chelsea shirt without any logo. I kind of like that to be fair.

Maresca previously shared his admiration for the defender and the 44-year-old delivered his verdict on the breakthrough to agree fresh terms. "Very, very happy," Maresca told reporters. "With Josh it has been quite clear, he was with us in pre-season. "After two, three days he really impressed me. Since pre-season, I was trying to understand the situation of his contract. Now finally the club found an agreement." The Chelsea boss added: "We are all convinced that Josh can be a great player for this club. My personal opinion is that he has to stay close to us (rather than a loan)."

Awesome time to get rid of Reece and get him to take his spot.

Well for GK we have Ben Roberts Goalkeeping Coordinator ex Brighton. And Ross Turnbull Scout Goalkeeping So Turnbull is our scout for that position.....

So it is time to analyze a little the work that Todd and company have been doing. I often thought that when you restart/transition a club we might have chaos at the beginning. That is exactly what happen for the first two years. But what Todd and company did was realize that they have no clue into the world of futbol but did the smart thing. Get the people that know how and are killing it at this moment. So they went with getting a lot of backroom staff from City and Brighton. City the most dominant team for the past decades, it was smart to get some of their staff. And Brighton have been for the past decades one of the best team in regards to the scouting of players. Often it was made fun of why they didn't buy Brighton? Simple fact is that Chelsea is more prestigious and it would be much easier to copy the Brighton model to a more upscale vision. A long with the help of City backroom staff it would produce a well run club for the longer run. And now after more then 2 years in charge we are starting to see the vision of this of where they want to go. I still think they should coordinate better the scouts. When I look at Brighton they have scouts for different positions. A defense scout, a attacker scout and such. There's still more to organize, but the club is taking good shape with the structure the Todd and company wanted to build. Now there's some backroom staff that if they don't improve we can change them. We got Bernardo Cueva for set piece to copy Arsenal. As Arsenal are doing amazing in this because of who they got for that. I'm not sure I seen enough progress with Cueva to think he is the best there is. But let's see one more season and see if we can improve on this with him. (interesting read about what he brings here: https://breakingthelines.com/transfer-analysis/bernardo-cueva-chelseas-new-set-piece-coach/) Paul Winstanley as a Sporting Director I like because he was the main guy in the revolution that Brighton did. Todd and company did good in luring him to us. Laurence Stewart Sporting Director, not a big fan and because of him we got two Monaco players that are crap. I guess we got him because he has experience with multi club. Joe Shields Director of Professional Football and Scout I think is the jewel buy for management. This guy has done amazing buy for us. Sam Jewell Head of International Relations and Scouting another ex Brighton but I guess he will focus on the French team we have. And lastly what I did find interesting is we got some Brazilian scouts. Alysson Marins Scout and Carlos Eduardo Arrisa Vargas Scout. I still think we can improve on this section of scouts. But so far the club is heading a great direction with the staff we have.
-
Men did not thought about that. I guess you are right, 4 is too much. Even 3, so is best to get one. I like Hincapie because he would cost less in theory but for me Murillo is number one. I want this guy as bad as when I wanted Caicedo and Enzo partnership. I remember before getting those guys I so wanted badly those two guys, and I did not expected us to spend that much big money but in the long run is worth it. I feel the same for Murillo.
-
I still think the worst transfer ever for Chelsea is Lukaku. No one comes close to him. This guy we can send to Italy and get back to what we expected of him.
-
I always said if he goes to Italy he would do good. A league where Lukaku and most of our rejects are there, he should follow.

Well as long as we got top CB then maybe we can get by with him. I remember Barcelona with Valdes. Hated that guy but because he had such a good team he blended good with them. If we get top CB then we can roll with him.
-
I see it this way, is like selling Kante when we should have sold him. We would got massive money for him and instead left for free. Yes Cucu has done good, but there's something I'm not a big fan of him long term. Yes he is good now and will do the work for us next season. But if a big fee comes in for him we should consider it...but only if there's a good player to replace him. Which at the moment there is no one so yes it will be nonsense to sell him since he is doing so good.
-
Tah is okay because of his contract expiring at the end of the season. So if Leverkusen want to sell this January before letting him go for free in the summer then we can get a deal. But I would still prefer to get Hincapie then Tah. He is 22, can play in many positions like left back, left midfield, and main position as center back. These types of players are money because they work good in the system that Enzo deploys. I would say 60 million would get you Hincapie. And Murillo yes going to be more expensive, but I will spend it. Just like we spend on Fofana at the beginning and that was dumb, Murillo is the best buy for the team we are building of younger players.
-
Yeah that sucks, but for the age and how the club is building 85 million is worth it. He is young and is already in the PL, so no PL acclimatization....although Caicedo took one season to get up to speed with us from his Brighton team. I would spend the 85 for him, he is worth it for me. Especially if we can sell Chillwell, Dissasi, Tosin and Badishille. That should cover some of the money we would spend on him.
-
Just try to get murillo and maybe Hincapié and we are good to go in the defense.
-
I don't know I thought he was not at his best today. He was ahead of cucu but not cucu has excelled him.
-
I still would like another striker. Jackson needs some good competition. What a pity about we didn't get Duran. A player many here where against but the boy has improved big time this season.
-
I think the board are doing a good job. The first season was tough because we didn't had a board set up. Now you can see what they want. It's a Dortmund but in the pl and more money then Dortmund.
-
Yeah he has done well. The way he is so forward reminds me of Marcos Alonso.
-
I really dislike this guy as a goalkeeper. I'm tired of him. When we will try someone else?
