I agree that the team is currently shit, but wats the harm in giving avb a full season to build and experiment to be fully prepared next season? Carlo prob should have stayed, but thats in the past, so sticking with avb is a practical option. I mean our threat for fourth is newcastle so we gotta be real shit if we dont make top four... When I compare us to the top teams, I see that we're great in the build up and applying pressure - it's just that the players can't connect in the final stages of the attack (right before the finish).. For instance Torres' pass to Sturridge should have ended in a goal.. Mata's cross should have reached whoever was there... City and United connect very well so I don't know why we can't do it.. I know it's a very vague point but that's what seems so obvious. By the way, WHAT THE FUKK IS ESSIEN DOING ON THE BENCH?

From what I see he's got better performances than most players in our team... he literally does everything but score - so when his goals arrives he will be the complete player.

i think our team play is shit compared to what he's used to... with gerrard and alonso he was great.. with us he's part of the build up more than the finishing and that's not his style - although his assists r great. anyways he'll come good in the end, just like the rest of the team - the full package will work eventually.
