Don't understand this girlfriend comparison. No one is saying Lampard cannot move to any club, people are just against the idea of him moving to our direct title rival.. Even if it still leaves a sour taste, atleast people could see Lampard's point of view if he were to join someone like QPR with Harry there, but City? Not sure really. From watching him this season I wouldn't say he's a clinical finisher. He misses a lot of easy chances in some games, but then scores them for fun in another. He's more of a Drogba type finisher for me.

Going to give the club the benefit of the doubt and assume it was Frank's decision to go but there was still talks with the club. Not at all the ideal way to go out for a a legend like him. Hopefully he makes an appearance at the start of next season at the Bridge. Thanks for everything Super Frank :blue scalf:
