I dont care how much he smokes, dont care what suits he is wearing. I look at his performances, his tactics, how flexible he is, how he can change the game on the fly if need be. And on all those he has failed, some more than others. Has he shown that a pre-season and a transfer window will somehow negate all that? For me no. I said Lamps will do some thing better, didnt say lets get Lamps and Lamps only. Any manager worth his salt would surely deal with that situation instead of throwing and kicking his cap multiple times and walking off leaving his players. We may lack leaders in the team but the biggest issue is that we have no real leader managing us.
