Younger, up n coming players who are linked with several clubs aren't gonna settle for 2nd choice in the team. Inter are gonna REPLACE maicon with debuchy, if he leaves, start nearly every game. Us on the other hand would only offer him a squad position. Same situation with Moses. Slows down development.

I think superblue is right. Malaysian developments around the stadium would help Chelsea FC, and the stadium itself would help the developments of the surrounding area, more selection of what they can put there, in terms of housing, malls and other recreation facilities.
