I'm starting a small petition to raise @Tricky rep above 50 so he can escape from the pit you have banished him to. =)

I hope we try Ramires in the double pivot role in the Brighton game but like you say Lampard's range of passing is far superior to Rami. I do find myself getting more and more frustrated with Frank thought when he advances, colllect's the ball and then just wastes possession with a shit pass when there is an obvious winger making an edgy run. I can't tell you how many times he done that last season resulting in me screaming at him through my tele lol!

I have pretty much expressed the exact same desire for RDM to go with this set up in the 4-2-3-1 thread. It just makes sense to go with Mata on the left wing and Hazard on the right with Oscar playing in the middle under the same number 10 role he has been playing for Brazil. This way we can play all three precocious talents within the same line-up without either of them being put out of position even though I know some may say Mata is now a CAM let's not forget where he been learning the trade for most of his previous professional career.... the wing. I hate to even think about leaving Ramires out of the starting line-up but given the amount of games we have to play these days I don't see it as leaving anyone out considering squad rotation and I agree with you too Ollie on this one, play Ramires next to Mikel in this 'double pivot' role. Everyone saying how they want a ball winning defensive midfielder and a playmaker well i think we already have them in the shape of Mikel and Ramires.

It's hard to leave out Ramirez and Cahill and of course my imaginary Cavani but given rotation they would feature in half if down to injury most of the games anyways. Cor It gives me a boner just typing that team down.

Yes true to say that and i can't see the trio of Hazard, Mata and say Oscar all staying in fixed positions. If they can get the balance of inter changing into each others positions throughout games it could be potentially devastating to the way opposition clubs are set up to stop us. Like I said before though it wouldn't be impossible for Oscar to slot into Lampard's position at all.

I don't for one second believe that we are going to play at all like Barcelona being in such a physical league and I can't see us controlling the ball much more than we did last season because we did control the ball quite a lot with slow build up play backed by hardly any penetrative force. Oscar is definitely an attack minded player who can build from deep there is no doubt of that and i totally understand that your saying if we are to put him next to Mikel then we would be risking the strength of our central midfield. It's just hard to think that if we was to play Oscar behind Torres in the CAM role then what would this mean for Mata. I really don't like Mata on the wing i think he lacks pace and strength to be an effective winger in the premiership. It will be tricky for RDM to decide on how he is going to integrate all of the precocious talent at his disposal although it is very exciting at the same time too. My brain can't handle it, It just forces my face to smile!

You mean Lampard doesn't start from deep spreading the ball around the pitch then bombing forward assisting and scoring lots of goals!? You mean to say that isn't how Oscar has been playing for Brazil prior and throughout this Olympics?. The similarities between Lampard and Oscar are more than obvious but if truth be told Oscar has more gifted technical ability so there is a huge chance Lampard will be phased out for Oscar to fulfill his role within the Celsea team but then again RDM could have different plans entirely. .

Duppy does post with real quality and so does Ollie so my decision is split between the two.

I really don't think the players we have are overrated. Hazard, Mata, Marin, Torres, Oscar, Ramirez, Terry, Cahill, Cole, Ivan, Luiz, Cech. How can anyone call that overrated, it's the manager who will be tested this season because it will be his job to get them playing well together and so far it doesn't look like he is doing a very good job. Mind you it has only been 4 games so I'm not fussed as of yet. We all know how fast thing's can turn around from bad to good, just look at our previous season.

Why do you care to keep criticizing your fellow Chelsea brothers? We are together in this! We all love football and yeah we might not agree with certain areas of football but there is no need to keep singling Hutcho out because you don't agree with everything he says. When i stand in the terraces of Stamford Bridge I may not agree with what everyone is shouting and saying but I'm there with them supporting the club i love because we are Chelsea and maybe now I might be a little drunk and talking crap! You don't just give a player Drogba's old jersey at sit him on the bench ! I think Oscar will feature as one of our main players this season. He has been outstanding for Brazil and he is definitely their permanent number 10. I think i'm actually a little more excited about Oscar play than i am Eden. Can't fooking wait for the new season!

The last bit about the coaching staff was worth posting the rest is just typical 'spoiled brat' nonsense. We have played three pre-season games and already someone is posting this kind of bullshit. Impatient plastic fans are the worse kind of fans, one minute they love a player the very next game he's the shittest player Chelsea has ever had. Wow just wow. Embarrassing!

Not one of those players gave 100%. So you hate the whole team lmao.. Just go support another team considering you hate this one soo much!
