The more videos I watch of Disasi, the more excited I get. I think this guy will be an absolute champion here. Exactly the type of players we need more of. Dynamic, strong, great on the ball. He looks immense. Our backline looks great for the foreseeable future. Enzo in the middle. If we get Caceido... Amazing. Just need the front 3/4 sorted - and we will be great.

The more I watch of Caceido - I do see a good player - but not 100 mil worth. But I guess it is what it is. He is a very, very good player. Just hard to see 100 mil worth.

Onana was beaten from the halfway line... Not saying this can't happen to keepers, but crazy that some of y'all wanted him here. Just looks bang average to me and not a clear upgrade at all. We've done better business on the GK front. Anyway - lets hope we get in Caceido and Olise - and that is a successful transfer window. Ideally Lukaku and Ziyech would be gone, but you can't complain with the amount of deadwood we got rid of. Also - those who whinge this season about lack of quality in the team can check themselves now. We've gotten in just about all of the targets people wanted and proper players. Lots of "just pay the price" chat in here, so if it doesn't work out, we can't just blame the board as most of us agreed that these were good players we brought in.

Maatsen locked up is great. Feels like one of those players who can easily slot into first team whenever needed, but also go for long spells starting as well. Highly skilled guy, dynamic and does it all.

Washington looks unreal. Great buy. We'll be a powerhouse in 3 or 4 years with these buys. Everyone here too short sighted. But that is the majority of the world.

Disasi looks like a monster. Absolute monster. From all reports I've seen - people have said he was the better of him and Badi. From the highlights, he looks a real gem.

I agree with this and also disagree. Haaland by that metric shouldn't have been a buy coming out of Bundesliga - but he looked like a sure thing. I don't think Caceido is worth 100 mil. He isn't Kante, nor will he be IMO. I'm a diminishing returns kind of person, so I see someone who we could get for 40 mil and perform at 80% - and think that is better than 100 mil and only getting 20% more. Because you can use that 60 mil to bolster elsewhere. That on top of him not necessarily being a sure fire thing really.

Seeing a few "non reputable" sources reporting 95 mil for Caceido and 25 mil for Sanchez.

Our backline is in good hands regardless. Levi, Badi, Disasi - lets wait and see what happens when Fofana is back. We have a good selection of fullbacks as well now. Defence has never been a problem for us. We never leaked a whole lot of goals, and that was with a shocking group playing in front and protecting them as well.

Vlahovic had only 2 good seasons in his career - and they were 2 seasons ago. He has been a 20-30 mil striker over the last 2 years. Just dead set facts. If we pay anything over 15mil on top of Lukaku, we're stupid. But I wouldn't get him to begin with. He really doesn't look all too flash from the eye test - and his advanced statistics say the same. No thank you.

Yeah bugger giving them any cash for Dusan. Send Ziyech and Lukaku in a straight swap. Get more salary off the books. Ziyech would do great over there anyway.
