I wouldn't get rid of Sancho for that. Our wingers have all been shocking lately, and I'd put it down to tactics more so than anything. For 20 mil total or whatever it was, Sancho is definitely worth it as an impact player.

Team is lazy. No one is bothering to get into passing lanes for teammates and create angles for passes. Then somehow they are also out of position defensively. Mentality problem. Bunch of young guys with no leader who don't want to work hard.

If Caicedo is going to be on an island by himself surrounded by 4 opposition players, we are wasting our $100 mil midfielders. Everything is slow and there is no link up. Either get better defenders who step up into the midfield to help or play with 3 in the middle.
