I would take Delap, Duran or Isak here if Nkunku leaves. In that order, as I think that is from cheapest to most expensive. I think Delap is a great talent and worth going for at 50 mil or less. Could have got Duran for 30 odd previously, but whatever.

He isn't great inverting and like you said - his game suffers when he is asked to do too much. Whenever he has been told to just bomb up and down and lock his matchup down 1 on 1, he shines. Anything more, he looks like a tidy player always in the wrong place and not making an impact.

Sanchez has had MOTM performances last two games and trending upwards. If Nkunku goes, Delap would be awesome - looks a winner. CB is a position of need. They just need to get someone experienced and surefire starter like you said. Our midfield is best in league when healthy, but Lavia is constantly out. A lot of people are high on Santos, but I'd be interested to see if he can replicate what he does in the French league here. I watched some games and he seems to have a lot of time on the ball - hard to gauge if he is as good as made out to be or if the league just suits him really well.

If Nkunku, Disasi and Felix leave, then bring me in Essugo, Delap and a solid CB.
