Hopefully people have started to realize Luiz is one of our best players, and those defensive woes are rarely actually his fault, so he needs to stop being the punching bag of our rants. Hes honestly one of the best in the world at what he does, and that's a lot of things. There is a reason a team like Barcelona wanted him.

Its actually amazing how much better hes gotten as the season has gone on. Hes so confident with the ball at his feet now, and its ridiculous how easily he dribbles around 3 or 4 defenders at times. Whats more amazing is hes only 22 and hes been our clear cut best player this season.

You don't have so much of a clue if you think Ba was poor today. He won every aerial ball sent long his way, did a great job retaining the ball, and was pivotal in providing space and passes with his movement up front. When you score the goal? He scored a penalty. Which is Hazard's job these days anyway when Lamps isn't on the pitch. Hazard was amazing as usual today. He breaks down the defense, draws fouls, gets the other team into trouble, and creates a plethora of chances. Lamps was poor outside of the involvement in scoring. Very poor. Seems as though people value the stats over anything though.

Was I the only one that thought Lampard was poor? One of the few I was going to point out that had a bad match. Just because you come onto the ground and the match happens to turn around at that point, doesn't mean you were the sole contributor for it. Hazard, Luiz and even Ba really stood out for me. Mata gave the ball away too much, as did Oscar, and Lamps was making some shocking passes out there.

Nothing new here. We simply can't manage to get our strikers the ball, and everyone, and I mean everyone would look poor playing striker at Chelsea. Fans can beg and hope for Falcao, Van Persie, Villa, etc. Doesn't matter who it is, they would not perform at this club at the striker position. For all the love and support this board loves to give our midfield, they are in fact the problem. They love to hold the ball and pass it around, instead of moving it quickly and catching out the defense. They get all the praise and none of the blame in loses because they look like they are doing all the work. Move the fricking thing, and get the ball to our forwards. There is a reason Man United are so successful going forward this season. They don't have near the midfield we do, but at least they play the correct way. If we continue to play with it outside the box, no forward will ever succeed here, and I mean none. I feel sorry for Ba and Torres.

Yeah we played like shit... but I couldn't care less right now. Whats bothering me is, can we get a fucking fairly reffed game? Why is it every time I watch a game that's close, blatant calls go against us, and never for us. Its frustrating. Certain games against certain teams you just know there is going to be controversy, and we're going to get the shit end of the call. I pencil this shit in, and its frustrating being proven right every time.

Torres played quite poorly, but you're lying to yourself if you didn't get excited by those two brilliant runs he made. You're also lying to yourself if you knew he wouldn't mess them up. LOL... Got me on the edge of my seat though. EDIT: I'm also slightly bewildered at peoples negative feedback on Ramires in terms of selfishness and decision making. He strikes me as a team only player and works for the rest of the guys out there, more so than anyone else. He also constantly looks for his teammates but doesn't have that craftiness with his passing game to sometimes pull it off.

All these complaints about Luiz, Hazard and Torres... Really? Am I the only one that saw Mata was our worst player for the second game in a row. And it wasn't particularly close. He can't hold on to the ball, he was ridiculously slow in making any sort of decision, and his passes were atrocious. People love finding the easy targets and going at them every game. I was shocked to see Mata hadn't been taken out of the game earlier. He was costing us in link up play. Hazard was quite effective with the ball, making descent passes and drawing multiple defenders whenever he had the ball. Only problem was trying to find the ball at times. Same with Luiz. Did his job and was a good momentum starter for us coming from the back. Torres was atrocious in front of goal but he did set up quite a few chances with the way he linked up with the midfield unlike Mata. Mata needs to sit for a game. Might be due to being gassed and tired. Put Hazard in the middle and get Oscar out wide with Moses and we should be okay.

Why are people giving Mata the MOTM? He played like shit the whole game apart from his tremendous strike. Seems as if people just vote for the goal scorer... I was hoping for Mata to be substituted before he scored that strike. That's how bad I thought he was playing. Was slow in making decisions and hurting the fluidity of the offense actually.

Can he score outside of the 6 yard box... lol. It was like watching a Chicharito highlight reel. But with more tap ins, which is baffling.

Am I the only one who doesn't see it like this? Torres is trash for the most part, but people love to place all of the blame on him. We have a midfield who love to play around with the ball too much, and a system that rarely gets out striker involved. It was the same way with Drogba here last year, lets not pretend it wasn't. He scored only 6 goals himself all of last season in the league. While we had Terry score 4 or 5 himself; our center back... I just don't like the way we get the ball moving in the front. We seem to try and overplay and find a shot that is too perfect. We need more attempts on the goal instead of just circling the ball around the area. I don't think any striker in the world will help us immensely if we don't change our mindset.

A two footed tackle on Mata, and not even a foul is given. And really? Luiz isn't allowed to stand his ground there? Disgrace.

We lost to West Brom, and got thrashed by a team like Juventus who doesn't have half the talent we have. Juventus literally aren't in our stratosphere as far as footballing prowess and roster go. Yet, they made us look like a bunch of idiots. They outplayed us, and its because RDM doesn't have a clue how to manage a team like this. He'd be great at a more defensive club like Stoke or what not, but clearly he isn't sure of how to get all cylinders firing with this team filled with offensive talent. We barely get decent looks at the goal in some games yet we're a top 5 team talent wise in the world. Yes, hes a UCL winning coach, but its almost out of pure blind luck. While most of you raved over his tactical genius, many of us saw that it was his decisions that almost cost us the game as well. Putting Bertrand into the final? I remember how after the game, simply because we won, he was praised because of it. Reality is, he played terribly and almost cost us the game due to his poor play. Roman wants the best, hence hes not easily satisfied. Boycott and complain all you want, some of us are happy we're moving forward.

Sack the bastard if he doesn't get a win... In all honesty, some of you need to take into consideration that City have been playing like shit as well. They've been getting outplayed by any and everyone recently. So for that reason, lets hope we can capitalize on their mistakes.

What a joke of an excuse. Some of you on here are clouded by bias and hate. Rafa is a decent manager. You don't accomplish some of the things he has without being one over a long period of time like he has. Are you really quoting his time at Inter as something poor? He took over in one of the worst times in the clubs history. No one could have done better. His time at Liverpool was a great success if anything. That team went a lot further and better than it should have with the talent they had available. Now he has an even better team here at Cheslea, and hopefully he can give us a spark going forward, since we can't seem to finish anything in front of goal.

This is ridiculous. All anyone does on this site is blame Torres. Yeah, hes not that great, but not every loss is his fault, and Luiz's. Torres isn't exactly missing sitters out there. Hes not getting chances. His fault, and RDM's. Our striker barely gets the ball. This was the case with his system last season when he took over, and even now with all the talent in the world. Stop blaming Torres and Luiz and realize that this guy doesn't have a structure going forward. He just has a bunch of talent that has taken us to a somewhat reasonable result thus far in the league, and has clearly wore thin in the cup competition.

Still remember people harping on about his tactics in the finals; how Bertrand was a great decision, etc. His tactics almost cost us the game. Hes never really done anything tactically brilliant. I stood by it when we won, and I stand by it now. He lucked out in a situation. You think its normal to go on the run we did and win everything in the way we did? Being behind every time. Winning with 10 men against an all time great team? That is the players, having the utmost luck and will to push themselves in the manner they did, and things falling perfectly in place.

We have no striker? That's because RDM chose not to play one...

Juventus now happy to sit back, and still no change from Robbie to bring in a striker for better link up play up front... Nice.

I said before the game, if he comes in with defensive tactics, and a BS line up, I will not support him. I've been saying hes not the man to take us forward the whole time, and that he shouldn't have gotten the job. My stance hasn't changed. We have world class players all over the pitch, not the old ragged team we had last season. Be happy sitting behind the ball and eating up pressure with the class we have on the pitch, I won't be.

Better fan than you since I want whats best for this team.

Hope you're sacked tomorrow Robbie. Couldn't care if I'm called a plastic fan. Embarrassing coming into the game with a line up and tactics like this. He deserves what hes gotten so far out of the game with the tactics he put out.

If we sit back and play defensively, I'm going to lose my shit. This team is good enough to press high, push up and maintain the ball at anyone's home ground bar Barcelona, Bayern and maybe Madrid. Hit them high up the park and keep the ball pressed in their half. We are a top 10 team in terms of talent alone in the world, maybe better. Juventus might be a good team, but they aren't anywhere in our class. I have a lot of respect for what they can do, but its not close. We are the far better team, and we better show it.
