28 dead, including 20 children, in school shooting
Blue-in-me-Veins replied to Kieran.'s topic in General Chat
First of all i'll just state how depressing it is to see those young kids killed. My heart goes out to those families who lost the joy of their lives, and survivors that may be in shock after witnessing that traumatic event. In all honesty these shootings have become out of control, and im in fear of all the copycats out there. -congresswoman (Gabby Giffords) -One at the movie theater during Batman Premiere -believe it was in wisconsin (not sure) that killed people in the temple -one in a mall last week - there was that one in Sweden -and then this one. far too many lives been lost. im not in the mood to discuss the gun laws because frankly its something that i feel will never change. Most of these people that do these mindless acts are medically labeled as 'insane' and its worrying that how their not being treated before they commit these acts. People wonder 'why?' 'whats the motive?' but unless you've been inside the heads of these people you and I will never understand. -
I honestly dont have time for TV reality/comedy shows but the few ones i try and catch are The Middle (epic show) the Office Modern Family i stopped following TV Shows after the greatest of them came to an end, which was '24'. Simply the best imo, although it did drag out scenes nothing was better than the suspense it left you with week in week out on Monday nights. otherwise its sports or movies that im watching on TV

what a horrible weeks this has been,, was taking a look at my grades at the midway mark and they are absolutely horrible only one A and thats in my easiest class (mandarin) Can't wait for my mom to 'conveniently' wonder how i'm doing in school,, im in for a ,nope,THE speech of the ages. MOM: then me:

nothing, im afraid, is expected with Roman and his clowns at the Helm. hahaha Im at the point where i really just want someone to score,, whether it be Falcao, Cavani, we just need a damn ST. and honestly this charade that Torres is putting on now that Rafa is his manger and the Jan Tranfer window is near ain't gonna move me one bit. You had your chance, now make way for a player who understands the simple concept that shooting at goal can equate to a goal scored. what a freakin concept.

@SinineUltra, thanks for the advice,, you know, i just realized it was a typo because i swore i wrote 10% didnt mean 4% i'll change that. also im not touching any supplements, thats just OD for people my age. The only thing i've started doing is um taking a shake but other than that im not taking any supplement things. Thanks for the advice bro, and also my gym coach at school mentioned that i shouldn't over-due it and try and make up a days work by doing 2x the workload,, guess great minds think alike hahaha. I'll keep everything you said in mind mate.
-
oh yeah mate i understand you,, Rome wasn't built in one day and all mangers start out as assitants in one field and steadily build their reputation until finally one man/club decides to give you a shot and hopefully the rest is history from there on out. have you already filled out a form yet and if not when do you plan to do so?

just get one of your mates to sign in for you on Saturday

I remember our discussion back in the pub about this months back hahaha,, the key to being a manger bar tactics is also in developing a strong relationship with your players(JM mentioned that in his interview one time). Getting your players to play for you and having them buy into your system....i believe a lot of managers struggle with that aspect as well when stories are released after their sack on just what it was like inside the locker room behind closed doors. Buy "John Wooden's book called how to create a winning organization" In the U.S allot of mangers are fired becasuse the players simply don't accept what the Boss is pitching to them,, having players that beleive in you and your philosophy may not help you win games as much as say being a master tactian but I have seen it give head coaches extra time to try and figure things out.
-
i think the opposing thing could be the players they attract, and if their all about $$$ then they won't have problem in my mind. TBH i had that notion in my mind that majority of PSG new players were there for the $$$ because i couldn't come to grips with what else they would be there for. Unless Marsielle, Lyon or just somebody can be a legitimate rival then i yeah i'd agree with PSG facing problems down the line and money would no longer be an incentive. EDIT: @Rmpr, beat me to the punchline.
-
was actually gonna add that bit as well.......its like, no actually it is a fact that the manger can never win.

anyone here think Diame=Yaya Toure or has the capabilities to? I mean both have the same physical appearance when dribbling and both are strong on the ball. Both play in CM, Not to mention that they are both incredibly slow with the ball lmao. But in all seriousness whoever picks this lad up will really have a nice gem on their hands, West Ham will have to fear the worst come Jan because im sure their will be plenty suitors.

THESE BRAZILIANS...........THEIR TAKING OVER EVERYTHING CHELSEA!!!!! congrats Rmpr, don't think anybody can argue you win as MOTM -
i usually eat those Fiber 1 bars which do the job for me. But tbh i never heard of Box Fit, but i'll look into it...the only thing i can think of that may resemble it is this fitness center on the boulevard near where i live and it seems pretty legit and being that its walking distance won't have to bother the Ma or Pa for rides there. Trying to find the motivation to run on the weekend has to be the toughest ask i've faced yet. HAHA.

Mesage to united: just fuck off! i cant stand them at all,, last second free-kick where do they come up with this!? (watched up to 70thmin) also,, WHU doing work vs Liverpool. Diame-been watching him more closely after he singly handedly took us down last week.

i'm truly sorry BluesChick for any hurt feelings and sincerely sorry for the rude comment and will refrain from making such statements in the future. that phrase is commonly used by my peers and its something we say in name only. I can honestly and truthfully say i have never have nor will I ever treat a woman or any other woman in such a degrading way. and might i add that,( nobody that i pesonally know), does as its just used around men. Having said that, I meant no harm or ill will towards you or any other woman on here, or for life in general for that matter. The term is, as you said, disgusting, but sadly i had become numb to its meaning and vulgarity. It saddens me that this has to be done online, for i am 100% sure if you had known me personally or my background you'd know that i'm not about that life which was associated in the comment. Hopefully we can put all this behind us and it will not cloud your or anybody else's view on me as an individual as i was just throwing out a term which we young goons use on a regular basis that if you'd known had no basis what so ever. i wasn't expecting this sort of backlash, and i honestly regret ever having used that phrase. i'll again say that im trully sorry for the comment and will be more mindful of what i say both on and off the forum. Sincere apologies, Antony
