I don't think Villas-Boas helped Torres, he was playing well and scoring a few goals (four goals in six games if I remember correctly), but he then dumped him on the bench. I don't think Frank is being unreasonable. All he is saying is he would like more playing time, he isn't demanding more minutes. I'd be more angry if he was happy to accept this role, I'm glad he's fighting to the best of his ability to play more often.
