Ba's minutes-per-goal ratio is actually amazing. He's only made 6 starts this season. His sub appearances normally come after the 70th minute. I doubt he's even played 1000 minutes for us this season - I reckon he's averaging a goal every 125 minutes or so.

I hope he stays forever. I'm fairly sure that by the time he's played 600 games for us he'll have reached the 50 goals mark for the club.

It would be a nice gesture from Mourinho, the man who gave Sam his first appearance for the club, to appoint him to some sort of coaching role either for the first team, or with the U21s. Sadly a playing career seems out of the question for the boy.

The staff team would then elect their favourite candidate. The staff nominate 3-4 candidates and we have a public vote. C) Or I just do all totalitarian and choose the new Mod myself

I agree, Ron. I've been away for a month and Choulo and Jason have both done a brilliant job during that absence, especially since Jim and Steve are very busy as well. We have a great team here and I hope we can continue to perform at that high level.
