  1. We really shouldn't be concerned where he goes, if the club manages to get £50m~. we seem to have a habit of letting players come back to bite us id rather he still go outside PL especially since the offer is the same - if all is to believed.
  2. Or Manchester still rather sell him outside the league
  3. here's hoping hes on a plain to spain
  4. He can have him for 38m Euros - 30m for Luiz and 8m to purchase Sarri
  5. this is a win-win for us.. we get rid of willian out of PL so it doesn't come back to bite us - and we get a sizeable fee for a player nearing 30 we gotta accept Barca if they bid again.. that is if the even bid at all
  6. I think you only looked at the graphic and not the explanation
  7. This is kinda what I see the back 5 to me seems like that could do the job in sarriball - although the weak link there is Courtois as he is not the greatest with his feet. the DM is the most important aspect and i dunno if we currently have a player that can play that role successfully - we'd hope that is Cesc but we should be in the market for a more mobile version- Kante plays the Allan role which is primary ball winner and person who cycles the ball - then in the more advanced mid role id like to see Ruben but someone like Seri or Golovin would excel in this role. The attack LW belongs to Hazard and rightly so RW i'd like to see us be bold and bring in someone like Bailey or Malcom - however i did read that Sarri was interested in working with Willian so we kinda gotta hold out hope there. Finally CF now this is a vital position and one to not be taken lightly - if you review last season Napoli with Dries Mertens up top they went with pace and finishing but with Higuan it was more finishing - considering we are after Higuan I'd play Bats in as the main Forward in this formation i think he could thrive with chances being created in how this system works. Still think if there is a chance to get someone like Icardi we should be all over that but also I think we shouldn't give up on Morata just yet id like to see him in a team that creates more chances to see if he improves because if he can find it he could be devastating in that attack. Sorry for the long post I have been thinking about how and who we'll play if Sarri is ever made official
  8. we were linked to him before the world cup he did have a good year in russia id like to see him throughout the rest of the tournament and how he fairs next season
  9. Ya but he waits and goes where.. if all is to believed and his heart is back in spain the top clubs there will all have top class keepers - and no team outside of Atletico,Barcelona, or Madrid can pay him the wages hes trying to get in Spain. to be honest his best bet is that Madrid go for him instead of Allison because if they don't he's not getting his dream move he built up in his head
  10. This is good news for us I'd rather we keep him. He's not going to Spain if Allison goes to Madrid. Aletico will not pay his wages and Barcelona already has Ter Stegen. So as it sounds he has two options - Go to PSG who have been rumoured interested in him or sign his new deal with us. If he chooses PSG then the mess about being close to his family is not the only reason for him to leave and he's doing it for monetary reason. Hopefully Madrid get Allison and Tibo signs extension saves us using other players in deals to bring in a quality keeper
  11. I would use David Luiz in any negotiations with napoli - not for Sarri but for another player with larger transfer fee to lower it - plus i think playing in italy would benefit David
  12. The most obvious destination for him would be Madrid - there seems to be an issue with Keylor Navas - although hes won 3 UCL titles but amongst the support and some higher up in the club they want him replaced. Now their preference would be to get David De Gea as he is seen as the better keeper and hes Spanish - but Courtois is a close second for them and would be a hell of a lot cheaper. I know you know this that is why I didn't answer this question I figured you knew about what is going on with world football. There are teams outside of Chelsea that it would be good to know what is going on with them
  13. Courtois doesn't want to be here any longer he literally threw out an unreasonable number to be paid weekly as a GK especially after the mixed bag season he had last year. It makes sense that we sell him this summer than lose him for free and retain nothing - so a deal that would included a top GK for a player it seems some would like a one and done makes sense. you keep calling him a kid but he has had 112 senior matches in goal for Milan and as stated before is in the Top of current world gks ( who we might add are all significantly older than him) we signed Courtois at a similiar age and the only reason he didn't play for us right away was that we had Cech still in fantastic form. When a player is ready they are ready and Donnarumma is the real deal you need to watch him more before making your assumptions. and on the point of Alisson and Oblak - prior to this summer there were never any whispers of Chelsea being interested in Alisson - however both Donnarumma and Oblack have been linked to us in the past - Now you tell me whats more plausible with our current regime Chelsea shell out 80m-100m for a gk in Alisson or Oblack or we use a player that doesn't want to be here any longer and replace a position we'll most likely need to fill in 12 months time.
  14. I'm sorry your thoughts seem to be all over the place is it fact or fiction he is not one of the Best Young GK in the World? its not hype name a keeper under 20 that is better than him. Secondly its clear Morata would like to go back to Italy. There are very few options that would take him on his current wage package. 1. Juventus who want to sell us an aging Higuain for 40m (not a good deal at all) 2. AC Milan who would like to swap their young gk( a position we may need to fill with our current gk situation) with Morata who wishes to be in Italy and finally 3. Inter which is mostly a long shot but a player plus cash deal for Icardi that would be ideal. On Donnarumma as a player - as someone who lives in the household with a Milan supporter and watch as many as their games as I do Chelsea matches bar italian cup games, I can tell you that Donnarumma is more than adequate as you so put it. His issues come from the fact that he's not been played in a team with a solid defense so his trial has been completely by fire.
  15. care to elaborate? that doesn't give a very good explanation - as Donnaruma is one of the Best Young GK in the world(prick of an agent though)
  16. what do you guys think about an alvaro-donnaruma swap deal with milan that's been floating around?
  17. one could dream.. we were linked with Bruno Fernandes back in may at 80m now free no brainer
  18. Both Gelson Martins and Bruno Fernandes would be amazing business if the club had a clue
  19. the man wants £275k a week.. wants to be the highest paid GK of all time.. If he wants to hold us at ransom that he cant be replaced he can leave.. Oblak way to expensive to buy Alisson is a huge investment at his reported fee. Me personally i'm looking at Leno £22m would be right in our boards wheelhouse and hes a top quality keeper
  20. my only concern with doing business with Napoli this way is that if we wanted to get any player from them in the future we are screwed.. there is no good will in doing this deal this way for future considerations. I can understand the stance from the club in this with how the treated us in the past over Edison Cavani
  21. this could be good news.. i know not very reliable source but thought id post for discussion https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/705639/Chelsea-transfer-news-Cesc-Fabregas-wanted-La-Liga-Valencia-Villarreal?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+daily-star-football+(Daily+Star+%3A%3A+Football+Feed)
  22. thought this was interesting to read - a lot of ready made players for sarrismo http://www.squawka.com/news/sarriball-explained-and-the-chelsea-players-he-could-build-a-napoli-esque-system-around/1037130#wXzDUg8XxAhKg4Fk.97
  23. If alonso is pushed out and Emerson starts I’d see Luke Shaw on a free or Jay DaSilva brought back for our right back I’d promote Dujon Sterling to first team duties behind Azpi - personally I’d keep Barkley in the squad as well keep Tammy as a striker
  24. Also I’d keep MVG in the squad as well back up for Kante he’s shown he has an eye for pass and goal while in the erdivise
