True, but he's 17 and he's a unique talent who like I said will be able to handle top flight football in 2 years or less. The main thing he is missing is experience. He's a bigger prospect than Lukaku and Kompany were at this point. Lukaku was a big star due to his goal scoring and physical abilities but his positional awareness and technique weren't at the same level. For me he's as big of a prospect as there has been in Belgium for the last 20 years and that includes Hazard.

A bit of a generalization but mostly true. Although Anderlecht is right in terms of talent. Another Belgian that's a massive prospect is Francesco Antonucci who is being chased by all the top clubs. Problem is he's only 15.

Normally I'd agree but as shocking as this may sound I think he's going to be ready to handle top flight football at 18. He's a rare case of a player who has that leadership charisma/aura at an extremely young age to go along with a game sense and awareness of a seasoned player. I know it's a lot to heap on a player and hyperbole runs rampant easily, but I strongly believe he's got attributes to make him a generational talent.

Relax people he's going to play little barring severe injuries. My guess is that he may get 500 minutes at most across all competitions. The real point behind this move is to have help Lukaku and learn Mourinho's tactics from the player perspective to transition into a coach. Plus he'll be able to build relationships with all the players for 2015-2016 and beyond.

Rom has his qualities but he can be frustrating as well. He's poor with his back to the goal and he's a poor pass receiver in the target position. As long as people accept this and don't get angry when he's playing poorly then you'll feel much better . He'll still cause lots of problems and will be terrifying on counters.

But that's really the point. If Chelsea buys 10 young talents for a total of say 40 million pounds. Chances are that 1 or two will actually play for Chelsea. However, as we've seen good value has been grown. Courtois De Bruyne and T Hazard cost less than 15 mil pounds value of those three is around 50 million.
