  1. Last season, Tottenham palyed Man Utd off the park at OT and were 2-0 ahead but the game turned on its head in the second half with Man Utd winning 5-2. Thats the quality of Champions that we need to FUCKIGN SHOW RIGHT NOW. JUST BLITZ THEM BLITZ THEM BLITZ THEM!!!!! Show you deserve it Chelsea FC !!!
  2. Our Best Impact Player. I repeat...Best IMPACT Player!!!
  3. Pompey Players like Finan, Kanu and the likes are ready to give up their Bonus clauses in contract and play for Pompey in Finals. Also, Aruna Dindane's lone move is being extended till the FA CP Finals so that Pompey wont have to pay Lyon 4m. Looks like this team will be at its full strength. Chelsea CANNOT be Over Confident. You' not know what hit us. If Pompey can take the match to Penalties, its anybody's Game.
  4. Its Good and Bad. Its Good cus it shows that we have an Owener who is pretty much the opposite of Glazers and Hicks and Gillet. We have an Owner who isnt looking to make a profit out of this club but is more of a fan. Heard his son is a Chelsea Fan now and will succeed Roman eventually. Bad cus it lead to osuting of our most successful Manager. Its bad cus we suffered a huge financial losse in Shevchenko and lead us in forcibly trying to play big names like Ballack and Sheva in the same team and give up the successfull 4-3-3. Its bad cus his over indulgence has made the club unstable in last two years.
  5. Well I am sure every football fan would like Pompey to win it considering what they have been through this season. The players of Pompey would have their tails up and it would look a much tighter affair. Hopefully our players dont take it lightly.
  6. He can easily take up Belleti's Place. He can be our Utility Man. He is fast and will only improve defensivley. He can play as back up CB, RB and DM.
  7. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vovGAa2nW1c Check Out the Unbelievable Run from Mancienne from Box to Box to block the point blank effort on goal by Denilson. Starts at 2:57min. keep your eye on Mancienne.....Brilliant!!!
  8. I can definately see the following players making the cut next season. Matic as a deep lying playmaker.... Kakuta in place of Deco Stoch on the wings... Bruma in place of Carvalho. The ones that may or may not make the cut next season are the following.. Mancienne...has a good chance to replace Belleti. So does Jack Cork......But I doubt he will get into our list of squad. Hutchinson....Has a chance only if he can keep himself FIT Borini....Currently is behind Drogba, Anelka, Kalou and Sturridge. He had his chances this season and his finishing needed improvement.
  9. That last minute tackle on Berba with his left leg was CLASS!!!!!!!!!!! Clearly took the ball while Berba was lying on the floor.
  10. I say Keep him. He ran almost the entire pitch to track back at 94th minute to block a point blank shot by an Arsenal player, this even when his side was losing. Fantastic comminttment
  11. Belleti is moving on next season, so should Ferriera. I would have him take up Belleti's place as a utility man playing in the defensive midfield and being a back up RB and CB. He had put in some strong performances under Hiddink last season.
  12. Both your and her posts are still there. It sure was funny!!
  13. Time for Drogba to overtake him in the race for Golden Boot. Its a blessing for us and should lift ll the Chelsea team for the upcoming OT game. But the players shouldnt be complacent as Man Utd is still a strong team.
  14. Mancs seem to be floored by our midfielder. http://www.redcafe.n...lampard-290310/ Gerrard's last season was one of those rare seasons when he scored 20 goals and he received praise from every corner for being on fire that season. Frank Lampard has just completed his 6th consecutive 20 goals season and he aint finished yet. Still apart from few articles there isnt much going on in media. To think that he has not had one of his best seasons and still scored 21 and isnt finished yet shows the sheer efficiency of this player. Last season, according to him he had his best season and still didnt get mentioned in the PFA player of the year list. Its wierd how football works. Also, when you think of his off field escapades, there arent many to talk about. He hasnt beaten up a DJ at a bar, He hasnt missed a Drug Test, He hasnt shagged an old granny whore, AND certainly hasnt banged his fellow player's WAGS. He is a Machine that never stops playing, that never stops running, that never stops scoring 20 goals in a season, that never stops assisting, that never gets injured, that never rests. When you look around in Europe, there is Xavi and Iniesta who are technically much better players but when it comes to being efficient, there is no Midfielder in the History of this game who would even come close to Lampard. It is difficult to find a flaw in Lampard; he doesn’t goad supporters or lambast referees, whilst off the pitch he doesn’t crave the media limelight as so many others do. What prevented Capello from making him the Captain of England is something that only Capellow can divulge. Buy of the Decade and rightly judged Premier League Player of the Decade!!!
  15. I doubt Ancelloti would change the formation or midfield. The midfield is working like a well oiled machine. Deco spraying the passes Lampard making his run ins in the box and Mikel doing the dirty job. I'd still keep Joe Cole on the right wing as we seem to be playing well with wingers and a striker. ------------------------------Cech---------------------------- ---Ivanovic---------------Alex-----Terry---------------Zirkov -----------------------Mikel-----------Deco---------------------- ---------------------------Lampard------------------------------ Joe Cole-----------------Drogba------------------------Malouda Subs: Anelka, Kalou, Ballack, Van Anholt, Sturrdige, Turnbull, Bruma.
  16. The only poor performer on pitch was Joe Cole. He is ridiculously OOF. And what the hell was he thinking trying to dribble in his own box instead of clearing the ball. He needs more games under his belt to regain his form. The rest were all Perfect. A drubbing at OT like Liverpool did last season would be perfect. A look back at our season, it seems that the last time we had a terrible form, we managed to come back and win a game against Fulham and then score 7 past a terrible Sunderland. It was pretty much the same this last week.
  17. I like to be optimistic. But your argument that Chelsea's fans have been spoilt and that Chelsea's old times were much worse and that winning an FA cup should be a great season just doesnt make sense for the following reasons: Team is bankrolled by Roman Abromovich's billions We have the highest Wage Bill amongst all the Top European Clubs. Expectations have risen ever since Roman came in. Its no more the Bates Era or the one before. You, me and our club would be the butt of all the jokes for having won just an FA cup when Lampard is earning 140k, Terry is earning 150k, Drogba earning 140k, Ballack earning 140k and so on. This team by Roman was built to acheive something much bigger. And winning an FA cup is just a consaltion for a Club thats one of the Top 3 in Europe. Now then, You'r argument makes an absolute sense had our team been built on a homegrown talent. Or a team full of youngsters ala Arsenal. Or a team built without Roman's billions. In that case reaching an FA cup would be an absolute acheivement and a very good season.
  18. I'd like to see us play this formation again: 4-2-3-1 --------------------Cech------------------------- Ferreira----------Terry-----Alex-------------Zirkov ----------------Mikel--------------Lampard----------- Joe Cole--------------Deco-------------------Malouda ----------------------------Drogba---------------------------- Subs: Kalou, Anelka, Sturridge, Matic, Bellti, Bruma, Turnball.
  19. We played 4-2-3-1 Last Night and I love this formation. We played this formation last season under Hiddink and we Blitz Liverpool in the Champions League with it.
  20. Where were you when we blew a 3-1 lead at Spurs to draw 4-4 and were in 3rd place behind Arsenal and Man Utd...having to face both of them in space of a month's time?. with a record of having lost 2-0 to Man Utd and 1-0 to Arsenal and 0-0 to Liverpool home and away. We still stuffed them both.
  21. For those who fear our away form this season. Some Facts!! If we beat Pompey(Which I am sure we will) We will have the best away record amongst the top 3. Assuming we beat Pompey, the Top three Away record will look like below Chelsea: Game Played 16, Won 8, Draw 4, Lost 4, Points 28. Man Utd: Games Played 16, Won 8, Draw 2, Lost 5, Points 26. Arsenal: Games Played 16, Won 8, Draw 3, Lost 4, Points 27. Our record against the Top 4 of Last year has been 100% without conceding a single goal. So Trips to Man Utd, and Liverpool should be looked at in positive light. Spurs away could be trickey as well. Apart from these we Host Stoke, Host Villa, Host Bolton, and Host Wigan on the final Day. ie 4 Home Games and 3 Away Games Left after Pompey. Man Utd have to goto Man City and Host Spurs and Chelsea. Apart from these, they goto Bolton, BlackBurn, Sunderland and Host a Tricky Stoke Fixture on the last Day. ie 4 Away Games and 3 Home Games Left. Arsenal relatively have an easier run in. The Host Man City and Goto Spurs, They also have a trickey away fixture of Birmingham, and BlackBurn and have a derby with Fulham on last day at home. They also host Wolves and travel to Wigan before the end of season. 4 Away and 3 Home Games left. The only positive for us is we have a better away record compared to the other two and have an extra home game in hand. Blackburn fixture has been trickey for Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea this season. Birmingham havent lost at home yet after October. Man City have not lost a game at home this season. Its pretty much balanced. All we need is to pick ourselves up and go on a winning run.
  22. Over Paid Players need to be sold. Lampard has been bollocks today. Terry's entire off field issues affected the teams winning runs. Ferriera is useless, so is Deco, Joe Cole, Ballack. Fucking shit what the hell are we paying them for.
  23. "I always said that the penalties are only when the referee whistled, and the referee didn't whistle. I didn't see what happened [for Drogba's sending off]," Ancelotti said after the game." My respect for Ancelloti has only increased with that statment. 3 clear cut penalties, more importantly the Samuel Tackle on Kalou at Inter, would have been a penalty and would have had Samuel sent off for professional foul. Which means him missing the game at Bridge. The entire Tie would have been ours and which means we wouldnt have seen the plastic fans with Ancelloti OUT rants. By that Statement, Ancelloti has opened himself up to criticism. He could have easily put the blame on the Referee's like I am sure Mourinho would do but he decided to face it. Credit to him.
  24. Crap Article...To be honest.!!! You really cant blame this squad for Terry's slip at the penalty. You really cant blame this Squad for the Bald Fuck's incompetence at refereeing in a semi final clash. You really cant Blame this squad for not getting even one of the three clear cut Penalties. You really cant Blame this squad for having to work under a Manager who has never managed in Europe and undid almost everything that was in place with this squad. Also, this season we were on course to winning everything untill the stories of Mr. Captain Leader Legend banging his best frd's ex came out. And since then its just down slide. This squad after moruinho has made continous semi final's appearances only to be denied by the most un expected circumstances. But we need to get rid of some players as we cannot carry them into their 40s and inject some fresh talent.
