I still cannot get that image of Cavani running past him during the 3rd goal out of my head. And it's not just yesterday. He has been utter shit for a long time now. Going forward he isn't that good as before but that's not the problem. He gets beat by opposition wingers far too often now. If you get a video of all the goals we've conceded so far this season, I'd bet a large part of the blame will lie on Cole. Bertrand deserves a proper chance and cannot do worse than Cole 2) Ramires on the wing because we have no one else for that spot at the moment but we could have Kalou there 3) Sturridge up front because Torres and Drogba are both useless. No point arguing who is worse they are both horrible and will not help us at all. If it was up to me, NEITHER would be starting because neither DESERVE to. Sturridgeshould be given a run out a few games in a row in that position 4) Midfield is still crap but we only have 6 midfielders at the moment: Lampard, Essien, Meireles, Ramires, Mikel and Romeu. Mikel and Meireles aren't good enough. Mikel should only play in certain games. In majority of games, he hsouldn't.

I dont understand why Bosingwa is getting so much hate. YES he is a shit footballer, but Cole has been just as bad as him this season. It just gets overlooked because it's easier to blame the brainless Portuguese for everything. And apart from that goal line clearance (which was superb), cole was a complete liability tonight.

It's the defending that worries me more. Individually, these players are not THAT BAD. Yet when they have to defend as a unit (defending crosses, etc) they look lost. Like they've just met each other and have no clue what their roles are. Unbelievable. And it's been this way for many years now. I don't understand why we always have so many problems from set pieces/crosses from wide areas

Lampard did fuck all so if he ever moans about not starting AVB should just show him the DVDs of his recent performances. Meireles although shit was more suited to the type of tactics we wanted to use today. Fuck. If we had a solid defense and not these clowns, we'd have won this comfortably.

Our fullbacks really fucked us over tonight. Cahill and Luiz needed much more help but cole and ivanovic were awful

Cole over Bosingwa? You know I honestly don't see much difference Essien over Malouda? Maybe Lampard over Meireles? Don't see what lampard would add. Meireles is shit but so is lampard

Also, Malouda did rather well today. Compared to his usual performances, he deserves a world player of the year award for that.

Can't believe it. We completely dominated them in the 2nd half until their goal. They looked LOST. But thanks to schoolboy defending by Cole, Luiz and Cech, we've lost this. For their third, I personally place the most blame on Cole. Yes, both Luiz and Cech's defending was a joke. But Cole's defending was a DISGRACE. He was practically in line with cavani when the ball was played over the top. Yet he didn't give a fuck and let him run past. Fucking liability. Well after that we totally lost whatever foothold we had in the game. Couldn't put 5 decent passes together. Tactics-wise, we werent that bad. Individuals let AVB and the team down. We still CAN win this tie, but it's going to take something very very special indeed.

Last post before I log out lol. I don't think Lamps' exclusion is that big a deal. He's been crap as of late and IF he does have a problem with the manager then he doesn't deserve to play anyway. I know Meireles is rubbish too but what I mean is I can't see Frank making much difference to that side. Come on Chels!
