  1. Finishing my project about the 10 years since Abramovich changed the club. The video will be available Sunday. :blue scalf:
  2. Big night for me, i'm making a video of our blues and trying to hack a WPA-PSK wifi
  3. The Kraken in a Chelsea forum is Romelu Lukaku who will score Monday.
  4. I absolutely find it disguisting to want another attacking midfielder. We terribly need a defensive midfielder and an attacker, Mata will stay, because Mourinho said no player from the squad will be sold.
  5. No way Mourinho would sell Mata for Rooney, its is a lose-lose deal, we'll lose the confidence we have with Mourinho and he'll lose a quality player, a back to back player of the year cannot leave Chelsea. We dont sell our best players.
  6. Mate, its Aston Villa ! Dont you remember when Lampard scored 4 goals ? it was the day he reached 150 I remember.
  7. Lampard with a hat-trick tonight, or maybe a quadruple
  8. @Barbara We think differently, you want Mourinho to build a team that can - after one or even two years - dominate domestically and in Europe, with a style of play different than the one he implemented here when he came first.I dont see this way, the challenge is too difficult and we simply cannot "do a Bayern Munich after a shocking defeat against Barcelona in the 2008 2009 campaign started their revolution, changing managers and going in a direction, van Gaal took over and went on to nearly win the treble, before Jupp took over and won the treble after a disappointing season. My point is, it took Bayern four years to finally have a team that dominated europe without any doubts, this process needed money and good ideas.I dont think the board and Mourinho could for example accept to finish this season trophyless, I dont believe the journalist when they say this time its different for José.I think the aim is to win as soon as possible, to make a winning machine by playing good football, different to the one of 2004 because now we have different profile, but the aim is always to win as quickly as you can. We'll be a force, but what Mourinho wants is to build a dynasty here a la Ferguson, to win many leagues - not always brilliantly - to have that stability that will help him in this process. We are going in a direction of challenging for the Premier League and Champions League this season, we are not building for the next years a squad, we already finished that process, José will try to implement his new ideas but also wont "do a Villas-Boas" and will at times sacrifice his ideas to win important games because he'll have a huge pressure from the big boss to deliver quickly and with some style.Chelsea is not Bayern and Barcelona, we cant accept trophyless seasons like Bayern did in 2011 and Barca 2007/2008.
  9. But Barbara, if the season ends up with titles, why should we say it is a transitional season ? Was the 2009-2010 a transitional season? No, was the 2004-2005 season a transition ? no ! even if we had a new manager and a new staff, we only added few names to complete the puzzle, with Rooney we could just do that. The maturity and the winning mentality that José brings does not need one year or two, in three months we'll be either on the top or nearly that, he may this time need one year to win the PL again, but I dont see us finishing with zero titles and for me a season with a good champions league run, one title or two is not a transitional season no matter the new players and the new manager.I remember very well the Real Madrid 2010-2011, the were for me the second best team in the world, it did not take long for José to make his touch and I expect the same here.
  10. This is not a transitional season, there are not transitional season with José Mourinho. We'll win titles this year, maybe the Cup, maybe the League or even the League Cup but we'll compete until the end for sure. The approach may be a little bit different but the results of our new Chelsea will be the same like 2004.We'll be winners again, very well organised defensively, and maybe more possession-minded team since we have different profiles this time for José.
  11. Lukaku is definitely staying here for a long long time.He is a Chelsea supporter before being a player and he'll have plenty of chances to prove he's our main man, a la Rooney back in 2004 when he was playing with Ruud VN and Louis Saha, and through times he had to play with Ronaldo and Tevez & Berbatov and now Chicharito and Van Persie, we have to do the same with Lukaku.Always giving him a big name to compete with that's why I chose Rooney rather than Eto'o to compete with Lukaku, the Englishmen flexibility will help the Belgian a lot and still gives him competition to lead the attack.About Eto'o crazy wages, the board wont do crazy deals I feel.
  12. Eto'o is too much temporary, his football is still acceptable but we'll still need a striker in the next season. It may fix our problem this year in attack, but we'll still need to spend when Eto'o finish his contract, Lukaku needs a big striker to compete with him for first place, we cant only rely on Lukaku for the next five or six years that is why Rooney is a better option than Eto'o.
  13. Can someone explain me why Juventus isnt on Pot 1 ?
  14. Do I look like a guy who does not know Martinez & Cardozo ? José surely is informed very well on the new talents in Portugal. His connection with his country is very strong and we should not forget that he may spot a young unproven striker and bring him here to show his skills, he can take such risks.
  15. Plan A : Rooney Plan B : Eto'o Plan C : Unknown striker from Portugal.
  16. Top 20 means he is an average coach. Paris Saint-Germain pushed the panic button when Ancelotti left, they contacted a hell lot of managers, and got the average Blanc.I do not believe Madrid called AVB, they arent that idiot.
  17. Villas-Boas. They may have good individuals but they dont have a team.
  18. Welcome ! The Belgium-Chelsea connexion is growing and growing.
  19. Maybe because it is true ? He played 15 minutes in the second half and done extremely well in a period where we were not trying to attack, made a dangerous cross, held the ball and created space for Schurrle to go 1vs1.If Schurrle was a bit lucid he'd gave it to Lukaku back.I dont remember Torres doing anything useful in the second half.
  20. Nando is payed £175,000 a week, 9 M€ a year, Hazard & Lampard are also big earners. Our transfer policy past two-three years changed dramatically, since the Luiz-Torres episode, with the FFP coming and the way we deal with players now it lets me think it is very very difficult for us to splash the 40 M€ for Rooney + his 250,000-a-week and say we are ready for the new rules. If we still can afford such wages then why dont we bid for other strikers ? If Torres stays Rooney wont come.
  21. We simply cant bid 40M€ and pay him this huge amount without selling Torres. It is economically suicidal.
  22. Good points, still not enough to defend the poor Torres. I understand it is difficult for him to change his game at his age, but to completely loose faith and appetite for goals isnt acceptable.van Persie ( Because he is the N°1 now ) would do things differently if he was here, he would come to the middle, make few passes and make himself a way for a shooting possibility and I'm sure he'd be well served by Juan or Eden, when van Persie shoots it is for scoring, Torres shoots to shoot.Van Persie knows he isnt the pivot type of players somes says we need, he is the complete striker who makes goals by himself most of the time and that is what we need.Torres is camping infront of the 4 defenders waiting for an impeccable pass. We need a Rooney, a Suarez or even a Van Persie as example because such players does not rely on others to make their goals, they will always try to find space and be prepared to receive the ball and prepared to shoot.Torres takes his time, control, make one touch or two, and then try to shoot. The hunger to score must always be present for a striker, it leads him to better movements and even better agility infront of goal, does Torres even care about the game at times ?
  23. Still need to be more decisive, in the build up he is one of the very few players that can hold the ball and find solutions but still need to make that run that will give him the opportunity to score.I was impressed when he wanted the ball near the Hull defender and didnt control it, instead he let the ball go to Torres and created space for himself to run behind the defender to go 1 vs 1.Unfortunately the idiot lady boy didn't understand him and ruined that one-two.
