  1. On twitter: raphael honigstein ‏@honigstein tomorrow's Express (Cologne tab): Leverkusen have turned down €25m offer from Chelsea for Schürrle. #CFC (via @SkySportNewsHD)
  2. Debuchy has a 8 million euro release clause.
  3. Bad News... http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2012/jun/07/battersea-power-station-chelsea-malaysia
  4. I'd pass on GvdW and opt for Azpilicueta. Better defender by far but hey, I wouldn't buy Hulk for £38m... ...but I'd buy Adam Johnson & Fernando Llorente.
  5. Josh would be at his best as a deep-lying midfielder. He would do a get job starting attacking play and retaining the ball. BTW Dembele is under rated player, very impressive and can improve.
  6. I have to agree especially when you add the wages. £35m+? No thanks. More value - Andre Schurrle please.
  7. RdM will not get the job. Disgraceful. Happy to give Hazard's agent £6m but can't give the boys a 2 year contract. Fuck you very much Roberto & Eddie, there's the door...
  8. 24-25? One year on loan playing first team football in the prem or championship could be the difference. Look at Wilshere (before Arsenal's top medical team got their hands on him).
  9. I don't want Modric. I would prefer a commanding central midfielder in the Yaya Toure / Michael Essien (before the injuries) mould.
  10. I believe that Nathaniel Clyne would be an excellent soultion to the problem of a 2nd/back up right back. The 21 year old is at Crystal Palace and his contract is up so compensation would need to be paid but it would only be around the £2m mark. Clyne is a talented young player with a bright future and would fit the bill in the mould of Bertrand on the left as well as helping the english quota.
  11. As the Blues appear to be in the hunt for a Right Back, I believe that the Crystal Palace defender would fit the bill pefectly. Young english player (21 years old) based in London with a good skill and an expiring contract (only compensation would need to be paid). He would be the right-sided equal of Ryan Bertrand. What do you think?
  12. I understand what you're saying: I would try to get the promising right back Nathaniel Clyne from Crystal Palace (I think his contract is up) Try to give Piazon, Chalobah and Feruz games in the League Cup I would like to see Forwards: Torres, Sturridge (only playing as a striker) & Hulk*. Hope Lukaku goes on loan. Attacking Midfield: Marin, Mata, Hazard, Kevin de Bruyne & Hulk* Central Midfield: Mikel, Lampard, Ramires, Meirelles, Romeu & McEachran - would like to see Essien (sadly) & Meirelles (don't rate) leave. Would like to see McEachran go out on loan. Hulk* (If he joins).
  13. I think that we do but if Hulk does join (which is becoming more likely by the day) then we need to keep KdB as cover and not send him out on loan.
  14. He is not a right back. Sadly Michael Essien may have to go.
  15. Man, I really hope this doesn't the biggest anti-climax in recent memory. BTW Adventure Time is quality.
  16. French football reporter Philippe Auclair - Hazard chose: he will take the Eurostar, not the plane...
  17. The best transfer Talk topic bar none - tried to walk away from it only to come back 10 mins later.

  19. I'm going as I can't take much more of this. Back later.
  20. He will get one hell of a roasting...
  21. I really hope Courtois stays because Hilario and Turnbull are poor. Cech does tend to get sort term injuries and those two aren't good enough. As mentioned before Craig Gordon would be a good option.
  22. Oh well, looks like that minimum fee release clause is gone...
  23. Saw Giroud last night and he was impressive. Could be a good 2nd striker that won't overshadow Torres (as least initially!) and won't cost £25m+. I think he would be worth considering.
