Yes, the industry here is massive and they fact we are so densely populated may be the reason behind it's rapid growth! As i have said before, India is changing and at pace. We are the one of the most rapidly growing economies in the world and that shows in most of the fields which includes Sports and Bollywood. Regarding prices, it was very reasonable when i was a kid. After the multiplexes came along, the prices have been going up but in some small cities where there are still single screen theaters , the prices are still very good for people to go and enjoy the movies.

But i would like to state that there are some very very good movies that come out and goes unnoticed simply because there isn't much drama., no over the top action scenes, no big stars doing the same thing again and again.
