We were easily able to move on Jorginho, Mount, Havertz, Kovacic, Koulibaly because there would be buyers for those players. Fat chance we can do the same. Unless you scrape the barrel and move on Gallagher, Chalobah & Omari, and with that we will be selling any performer we had left in the squad.

All this stuff about removing Pochettino and expecting the team to become top4 quality is premature Younes sums it up well here. Poch is only a PART of the problem. The squad changes and the behind the scenes administrative changes have crippled the club.

IMO, very unlikely to happen this season because of FFP reasons., not unless the team pushes towards the relegation zone. This season is done and dusted in my view. An 8th to 10th place league finish., plus whatever bonus we get from the FA cup.

Maybe it can grow at some point to challenge for top4, but if anyone thinking that this is going to be a title challenging, cup winning squad, is grasping at straws. A squad with very few elite mentality players, will NOT become world beaters over night.
