Yeah, I knew all of that. I went to a strict Catholic school and WWI and II were considered very important things to learn about. It was required that we wake up at dawn every ANZAC Day to march, say a prayer and hoist the flag and eveything. Every Armistice day we had to arrange a massive assembley where local veterans gave short speeches after the minutes silence. And I still remember the significance of the poppy from learning about it when I was 8. So it's not like I'm arguing without an idea of anything. I know what I'm like drunk because almost a quater of my life getting drunk often. Which is a sad fact because I'm only 19.

And it's my opinion that posting that picture doesn't distract me from the fact that you are ignorant and stubborn man that seems more militantly aggressive about some stupid poppy than the actual soldiers and veterans. How about doing something that shows you actually care, fucking volunteer or something do something that makes a difference for them instead of parading around with a stupid little poppy. Go help disabled veterans at a retirement home if you actually care.

And there are the few that wear the poppy out of habbit and tradition instead of actual rememberance and respect for the lost soldiers. I believe a person should only wear the poppy if they truly sincere. It's far more disrespectful to wear it and not care than to care and not wear it.

I just watched this match thanks to the downloads on this site. The second half is still downloading but I was so satisfied after the first half, I don't even think I need to watch the second. Nearly everyone could be voted MOTM; Oscar is a close call, but I gave my vote to Lamps for sentimental reasons. Very, very satisfying smashing the bubble blowers at Upton Park given that my best friend supports them. I think it was quite fluid, with players changing positions. He may have started on the right because that's what the teamsheet says, but the teamsheet isn't a set in stone law to abide by. Ramires was all over the pitch, always where he needed to be. On the right or the centre, he was rarely if ever out of position.
