We don't have a lot of width in the attacking 3, but that should not be such a big problem if you have fullbacks who are good going forward. But then Jose uses Ivanovic and Cole who are well, limited. Our attacks will be better if we have fullbacks constantly overlapping, and not just that, able to provide quality. Instead we go through the middle all the time, and when we try to play wide only Ivanovic is an option, and all he does is low crosses to the opposition. Something also has to be done about the speed at which we play. Because there's never any kind of urgency, and only Luiz tries to change it. I think Oscar can do a good job playing deeper allowing our best player to play behind the striker, like only he can.

This guy is a testament to the bad luck we have with strikers. You can say Torres had injury problems and was not even playing well when we signed him, or Sheva was on the decline, or Eto'o has not played high level football in 3 years, but Ba was one of the top scorers in the premier league the same season we got him. How he went from scoring in his first game for us, to now being behind a 32 year old striker and Torres is remarkable. I wanted him out during the window, but i still have some slight hope for him because - he has proven everywhere else he's played he can score goals, just needs some luck for that to happen in a Chelsea shirt.

Typical over-reacting to a bad result, happens every season - our current manager is not suited to the squad, so and so can do better and so on. Every manager needs time to form the squad into what he wants. Mou will change whatever is necessary in the next few windows, and lets not forget when he said judge his teams in his 2nd season. So take a chill pill and calma.

He can score around 15 goals this season, anything else is a bonus. Other players in the team need to start doing their job and put the ball in the net. 4 goals in 4 games is just, ugh. Also, people crying we didn't buy a world class striker, but that doesn't guarantee instant impact either. Cavani has scored 2 in 5 for PSG in a weaker league. Yet people are saying he needs time to settle.
