I personally do think that the second part of last season was not worthy of champions and I have my doubts we would have won the title in a season as competitive as the period 2005-2010. We're seeing this season what a few things not going our way can do (although, I still can't believe we're this bad). Currently? Absolutely. With the way we have self-imploded, Liverpool changing coaches mid-season, United still not being there yet, it's basically just Arsenal and City and 10/10 would bet on City winning it if Arsenal's their biggest threat.
