  1. Don't know if my word means anything but trust me, a lot of those are badly photoshopped. This one's probably the most well-known fake. About 95% of all those refugee/ISIS figher pics are fakes as far as I can tell.
  2. Because of course this is the conclusion one should make smh
  3. Because a few thousand people storming out of the stadium near those attacks wouldn't have been safe.
  4. Do you remember how hopeless and shit we were? The scoreline doesn't even tell half the story.
  5. Maybe Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma? Kid's 16 and playing well right now but who knows how he'll develop over the years; the hype's definitely too much right now and going by it he would need to follow the great Gianluigi's path to justifity the expectations.
  6. Tbf, we lost to Palace as well :ph34r2:
  7. And that coming from you who backed Mourinho for a long time says it all mate. Another game, another loss. Obviously the win vs Kiev was the turning point, though.
  8. Any chance to get the "Next Game" countdown working correctly? Currently it's 1h ahead of the actual game time; not sure though if that's the case for everyone.
  9. I'll call Fabregas a Gooner cunt as long as he doesn't redeem himself, which going by this season's rate will take some time.... people like to be hypocrites and point out Mourinho's past here and yet ignore Fabregas'. Too often has he behaved like a cunt during his Arsenal/Barcelona days vs Chelsea for me to accept him as "one of us".
  10. Neville and Martin Tyler make a great commentators duo - the former with his knowledge and the latter with the best voice in sports TV plus seemingly always finding the right words at the right time.
  11. I personally do think that the second part of last season was not worthy of champions and I have my doubts we would have won the title in a season as competitive as the period 2005-2010. We're seeing this season what a few things not going our way can do (although, I still can't believe we're this bad). Currently? Absolutely. With the way we have self-imploded, Liverpool changing coaches mid-season, United still not being there yet, it's basically just Arsenal and City and 10/10 would bet on City winning it if Arsenal's their biggest threat.
  12. Maybe, just maybe mate, his style of managing is simply tiring. We can't be replacing 1/2 of the team every 2 years or so. That's just unrealistic. Let's be honest here, we're getting Chelsea'd currently. All those shit games we played in the second part of last season are going the other way this time. Last season there were games which we shouldn't have won and where we got lucky, this time, though, there's no Remy or Hazard to bail us out. Our reliance on Hazard and those lucky bounces we had was just too astronomical to be sustainable. Also, let's not ignore that last year was one of the weakest in terms of overall quality from the big sides. United was in stage #1 of their rebuild, City and Arsenal were constantly injured, and Liverpool and Spurs were their usual selves. Not winning the league title would have been disappointing all things considered. In more than 2 years under Mourinho we have only had one half of a season were we looked dominating - that should be telling. At that point talking about players should stop.
  13. Rebuilding? Wtf We really shouldn't have to rebuild a squad full of players in their primes/nearing their primes. This isn't a washed up 2011/12 Chelsea team, this team won the league last season ffs. The lengths some will go to blame anyone but Mourinho is astonishing. I mean fuck, we're talking about a team that should be at its best currently as the majority of the team has spent 2 years now with the same coach and his system. The deadwood should have been gotten rid of a long time ago. Not to mention that this is the team Mourinho wanted, evidenced by not playing certain players and thus making them leave
  14. Clearly you also know what he had for dinner last night
  15. Ever since that Newcastle game, I've thought to myself "Anything but a win here and Mourinho will definitely be gone" before every single match. Weeks later, I'm in awe as to how he has managed not to get sacked after all those results. It's amazing, really. Including that game in Newcastle we've won just 1(!) out of our last 8 games.
  16. Playing a back line completely inept of chipping in offensively is a huge problem, though.
  17. The good: We are not out yet. The bad: We have to watch 30 more minutes of shit football
  18. Recent? People are mentioning Jose's glory days 10 years ago at Chelsea. Hardly recent.
  19. Cheers for taking off Baba. My masochistic mind really needed more Zouma at RB.
  20. You'd think this is a Liverpool forum judging by all these "remember what he has done for us" posts.
  21. While that 10/37 stat is definitely inflated due to our playing style, we've seen that Costa is bad in the air last season as well, winning only 29% of his headed duels in the PL. A striker that physical and tall shouldn't be losing so many of those duels, no matter what. One can work on headers, positioning and timing when to jump are one of the few things in football that are easily improvable.
