  1. Arms folded, lack of enthusiasm, just riding the game out and not making an effort to change it. Conte today in a nutshell. His heart isnt in it, and same can be said for some players and fans, CHANGE NEEDED
  2. I understand the fans wanting Jody Morris, but he isn't ready. I know he is cleaning house with the academy, but thats a totally different ball game. Needs to learn the trade lower down first, just the way it is. Next manager will be Enrique or Sarri IMO. Almost nailed on one of those 2. Rui Faria would be a shock, but when i read the report and seen 'according to Don Balon...' i knew it was BS
  3. It would have ended in a sacking. It did at Spurs too
  4. It'll be Luis Enrique. I'd bet my salary on it.
  5. The rumours were on twitter Nizaar Kinsella, and Darren Lewis from The Mirror shot it down
  6. Has brought it all on himself. Im rapidly losing my backing for him. I'd have loved him to stay and be backed, but its not happening
  7. If it wasn't for the £9m payoff, he'd have been gone at latest following the Watford loss. Board are to blame failing to build on a title win AGAIN, but also Conte's whinging and complaining in the media is tiresome. Players take notice, they get affected and it leads to a divide between them and the manager. Some of that squad are not fond of Conte, of that I am sure. And the reason is his constant subtle digs in the media And no, there is literally no scenario where he stays. So the 'Conte In' crowd of which i was very much part of, brace yourselves for disappointment I'd get rid of Marina for a start, bring in a proper DoF. Campos at Monaco, Leonardo ex-PSG. DoF's who dont piss about with targets
  8. Lets be honest would it be a surprise to us if we lost? (i dont even think a draw does conte much good) would it fuck, especially if members of the squad have downed tools as predicted. Weeks rest, or 2 weeks makes no difference. We are at that horrible stage where it just seems the coach and team have a big issue Kick up the arse and smash these tonight would be ideal
  9. Think we will win Monday, everything will be forgotten, beat Hull... lose to Barca, Utd and City and back to Conte out. touch wood we get through this. Cheer up though Antonio, it cant help the squad seeing Conte mope around the place daily
  10. We all want him to stay, but his demeanour is that of a man who knows he is just towing the line until he leaves. I think a lot of the enthusiasm he has lost on the touchline is down to this. Just stop playing the underperforming players, come up with subtle changes to influence games when we are playing poor, and give the subs a proper think through - and it'd go a long way to getting us back where we should be
  11. cant understand Spanish but SPORT have something on their front cover about Luis Enrique and us https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=luis enrique chelsea&src=tyah Apparently it says he will sign for 2 and a half years, just waiting for Conte to go
  12. i hope he stays myself, hes brill IMO. Board need a good kick up the arse aswell. Unless there is news tonight at 10.30 - none of our journos have reported a thing since this morning. why is no one else backing up the BBC (yet)? Any manager would do well to win 2 in 10, lose 3-0 to B'mouth then 4-1 to Watford and stay in a job here. If Conte gets through this and is in charge for WBA, i think hes here until May minimum
  13. you not buying that BBC story that he wont be sacked then? I think we'd have done it regardless tbh if he was going Strange that none of the "Chelsea journos" are backing BBC up. Plausible that there really is nothing going on, of course
  14. i think other media outlets will run with him staying, if its true. "sources say"... never convinces me but fingers crossed
  15. I think he'd have been sacked by now if he was going.
  16. yeh now some time has passed and we relax after that performance, i think he will stay
  17. Hiddink coming in would get a really negative reaction i think... plus i think he'd refuse this time
  18. Love the guy. He deserves to stay, history says he will be out in a flash. Basic changes needed, get some football people and people with chelsea's best interests at heart onto the board
  19. It was on twitter, he blocked me because i told him he was a arrogant knob. A few fans from overseas said he was wrong to claim a certain player was poor or whatever and he replied stuff like "When you go to games and stop watching them from your bedroom in India, we will talk. Until then your opinion does not count" So he got pelters off a lot of fans, and just replied with things like "I have been to X amount of games this year my opinion should count more than someone who has bothered to go once or twice and especially over 'fans' sat in their overseas bedrooms" He isnt very liked. And the thing was the fans who disagreed with him, were right and a lot of UK based fans agreed with them, but he just gave the foreign ones a hard time. Was really uncalled for
  20. Dan Levene is an obnoxious, arrogant, tosser. I cant stand the bloke, and the shite he writes is even worse. The way he used to give foreign fans a hard time for not going to games was disgusting tbh
  21. He wont be harsh on them, never is. Kick up the fuckin arse they want. Bakayoko and Kante at home is frustrating.
  22. don balon, i cant explain just how poor they are. They are ridiculed by even journalists. Everyone points and laughs at don balon
  23. Aubameyang is at Arsenal's training ground according to SSN. So merry-go-round of moves may be finally speeding up. Suspect it is Giroud we want as Conte's presser comments re. Llorente didn't give the impression he wants him. (i thought you could only move once in a single season's two transfer windows anyway?)
  24. he was right with the agreement with Roma, he has always said no agreement between us and Dzeko. And to give him his dues, he was right re.Giroud accepted bid as L'Equipe also report it. L'Equipe just went further to say we withdrew but are now back in talks. So in terms of what dimarzio tweeted "Chelsea reach agreement for Giroud £15m" he was right. He gets some wrong too, but not in this instance
  25. Knowing us we will sign Giroud, announce him Thursday and realise deadline day is gone, so Giroud cant play until summer
