  1. Zouma is a beast. Don't care what anyone says, he's our varane
  2. But they said more experienced automatically equals better.
  3. Zouma,Willian and remy have been our best players while Ivanovic has been by far our worst.
  4. Remy's link up and overall play is so much better than Costa's I must say.
  5. If that was cahill he would have been slaughtered for that bad positioning
  6. What's the nonsense campaign the media are running for Lampard to get a great reception. He made his bed and each individual CFC fans will treat him how they see fit.
  7. Wow Jose actually starts Zouma and remy. Kudos to him. I'm delightfully surprised.
  8. So 3 apps constitute being given a chance according to you? What inappropriate things did he say to the media and even if it's true how does this indicate he's not good enough to play for us? Moses is decent for Stoke nothing more, kevin on the other hand is arguably the best player in Bundesliga this season and one of Belgium's best player both on reputation and merit. Again how does a player's inability to proof his quality quickly which you already conceded yourself was very difficult feat and unreasonable expectation, an indication that the player is not good enough? And speaking of hitting the ground running, He had a very good debut but was unfortunate not to be included in Jose's circle of trust i.e refers to the leniency and luxury afforded to certain players.
  9. If he's not good enough to play for Chelsea then neither are Oscar, Willian,Schurrle and a host of other squad players.
  10. No one can forget his betrayal, deceit and manipulation either. some might overlook it while others simply can't. Both parties have the right to feel however they want to. I'm in the ignore him completely like he doesn't even exist camp but if he gets booed at the bridge, I would totally understand why.
  11. On a side note Wolfsburg have one of the best kit in Europe. That light green color is sexy as fcuk.
  12. He would be a big fool to come back. I certainly wouldn't return to an old job where the manager showed absolutely no faith or confidence whatsoever in me. that's just me though, I'm sure footballers may see it differently.
  13. One will also expect "the best defender in the league" not to get beaten so easily and be able to cope in a 1v1 situation. This is what defenders are required to do all the time. It's not like he was getting exposed to 2v1 or 3v1 situations, that's when the team defending should be called into question.
  14. Silva remains underrated for me. There's not a single player in the premier league that can match his ability to orchestrate play and control the tempo of the game (Toure, Fabregas and Carzola are very good in this aspect as well but not on Silva's level). His close control and creativity is right up there with the best the game has to offer. He's also not the type to give manager's tactical headache as he flourishes anywhere across the front three.
  15. And this is a testament to his greatness and versatility. Truly great attacking players flourish anywhere in the attacking third only limited ones struggle to adapt.
  16. However way you slice it, Mourinho dropped the ball on this one big time. It's particularly painful considering he's a very productive player and productive players are rare.
  17. His defending especially in 1v1 situations has been absolutely atrocious in recent weeks. If he carries that form into the next game. Aguero and co will run rings around him.
  18. No Purely because the mathematical chance of a draw isn't than much different than that of a Chelsea win imo and secondly I want a result that will cause the most damage to shitty, thirdly I can't stand the thought of this old tart coming off stamford bridge midly satisfied And finally a victory that we can shove in the faces of the FA and the media would be great.
  19. Here's hoping when Costa returns he will stop giving the fa armour to punish us. While the FA are a bunch of inconsistent twat. Costa isn't exactly an angel nor is he blameless in all of this. His unneccesary tough man, hotheadedness will continue to hurt and sabotage the team unless he changes.
  20. I honestly think Boga can definitely flourish at the top level. I watched Sterling,Barkley and a good number of top players at youth level and they were no better or worse than Boga at that level for example. The difference sometimes between a Sterling and a Boga most times is luck i.e playing in a team and under a manager willing to take the risk on youth and avoiding career defining injury. This is assuming all things equal i,e comparable talent, hunger, focus and determination ofcourse. Sometimes I wonder what these managers are so scared of. . . ..worst case scenario, the youngster (s) have a mare, loses possession very often?bad decision making? tactical mistakes? all round poor performance? well salah, Schurrle, Ivanovic, Cahill, Willian and Oscar are doing that already in some games or in Salah and schurrle's case virtually every game this season. What's the worst that could happen if we take a risk and use our best youth to fill the squad space that someone like Salah currently occupy like you suggested.
  21. Good. He made his bed the moment he joined our direct rival and took everyone including Chelsea and NYFC fans for a fool.
  22. Well He's the second best AM in the league according to Viper
  23. Squad players have it so bad (especially at Chelsea under jose)
